God damn it. The Akatsuki likely lose every scenario.

As for the others, I'm not sure. I know people have debated for Gai vs both, but I ain't too knowledgeable on Gai's reactions and precisely what his striking speed is to defeat either of them in CQC.

Akatsuki lose both their rounds. Gai has too much of an advantage over Kisame, and Kakashi is enough to give Itachi trouble or even take him out due to how hax Kamui is. Once Gai finishes Kisame, Itachi is boned. Minato stands a good chance against Kisame, but with Tobirama as support there is no way that they don't win. Minato's death can even mean that Tobirama gets a free Edo, or Tobirama can sacrifice himself and use Gojo to take out Kisame while Minato takes out Itachi.

FTG Duo beats the masters. Tobirama and Minato's reaction speed coupled with clones and Hiraishin is a great counter to Kamui, and that's the only thing stopping Kakashi from getting picked off with ease. After he's done, they both focus on Gai.
