Is what I said above similar to what you said? Is that the kind of acexSabo flashback you had in mind?

Starting to lean toward the possibility of them meeting. It would make no sense if the fodders from dressrosa knew of Sabo while White beards first captain had no knowledge of him. But there's one thing that may stump this theory. Before the time skip Sabo was never in the headlines as Ace. There could be only two or three reasons why no one ever spoke of him. 1).Well the Revs seemed to work in the shadows so I will assume that most members kept their identities under a curtain. 2) Sabo became well known during the two years that luffy trained. I will say that the latter is the most accurate since luffy had no time to really read the news or know of the worlds affairs since he was training most of the time or because he doesn't care 3) Sabo wasn't second in command until the time skip. What if Sabo wasn't as high ranked as Ace was? The revs being a secretive group wouldn't try to start anything with the WB pirates because their enemy is the WG. They would try to avoid all contact with anyone especially the Rev s who aren't high ranked.

Anyway the purpose of my post is the fact that Ace may not have met Sabo based on the theory that Sabo wasn't even known of to the world until the two years between the marineford arc and the straw hats reunion. If this were so then Ace and him did not meet.

i think this is a perfect scenario:ace tried to attack sabo when they first met each other because ace never seen a boy in that place before and ace learned that he is a noble just by looking at his dress but after sabo told everything about him they went on becoming brothers

yeah haha, well if it's true then let's hope the mera mera part is too, then you guys would've heard it here first ^^
