3 kage walk in a bar and sit a the table to drink sake. Hashirama, tobirama and minato are chilling having a goodtime when up walks madara, obito, and their tank of a friend juubi. Obito throws the first punch and as the fight progresses shadow clones are made and madara and company are finally defeated. As the 3 kage sit back down the camera pans out to reveal hiruzen was there the entire time just smiling and drinking his mixed drink from a straw.

No it was a satire of the latest chapter where hashi tobirama and minato all did clones to fight but hiruzen didn't so he didn't help at all other than the barrier. Same reasoning at the bar.
