TRIAL / / / BIO SLOT

WHAT IS IT?

It is exactly what it sounds like: the option of having a trial bio! Does that sound to good to be true? Do you think there's a catch? Of course there's a catch! The point of the trial bio slot is to provide the opportunity for older RPers to try out special bios without having to drop one or both of their existing bios. However logically to not invalidate the concept of bio tests and to not make all the effort of the RPers who passed these tests go to waste, this trial bio is restricted in several ways.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS?

You can't just make any character, you can only choose from a restricted list.

You can't submit any bio for approval, all the bios are prefabricated and posted in this thread. So everyone who uses the same character, uses the exact same bio.

You can only use the skills listed in these prefab bios. This can be taken to the extreme so that these bios will approach their 'realistic' canon counterparts more than any bio has ever done before as they will almost be restricted to only the skills they used in the series. Even things likes CE and CJ will be limited.

The restrictions placed vary from character to character.

The trial bio has no relation to your other two bios, so whatever bios you might have, you can always apply for a trial bio if you fit the requirements.

Even if you haven't learned a specific skill yet, like Fūinjutsu for example, but that skill is listed as one you can use with the prefab bio, you can use that skill but only with that bio.

You can't submit any CJ, CFS etc., based on skills or abilities obtained via the trial bio.

These bios can't be used in the Ninja World nor in official tournaments (unless specified otherwise), they can only be used in the Battle Arena. The fights fought with these bios count as unofficial battles.

REQUIREMENTS?

You need to have an approved bio.

You need to have mastered all the basic shinobi skills (5 basic elements, basic ninjutsu, genjutsu & taijutsu)

HOW DO I APPLY?

If you fit the above requirements, you simply post in this thread and fill in the following template:

Character I wish to use:

Link to my approved bio:
You do not own the bio, you only rent it for a specified amount of time, namely one month. The time starts counting from the day you posted your request and will end on the same day of the next month. The requests do not require any approval and each bio can used by an indefinite amount of people at the same time.

You can only rent one bio at a time and you can't rent any bio two consecutive months, so there is at least one month in between.

MINATO NAMIKAZE

- I won't allow any of my comrades to die for my sake -

Basic Information ● ● ●

Name: Minato Namikaze

Nickname: Konoha's Yellow Flash, Yondaime Hokage

Gender: Male

Age: 26

Clan: /

Looks: Minato is a fairly tall, fair-skinned man who on more than one occasion has been compared with Naruto in terms of physical appearance; both have bright, blue eyes and spiky, blond hair. Minato also has jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. According to Jiraiya, Minato is considered to be very handsome.

His normal attire consists of a standard Konoha-nin uniform with two bands each on both of his sleeves, a leaf green flak jacket, blue forehead protector, and blue sandals. After becoming Hokage, he started wearing a short-sleeved long white haori over his normal attire, decorated by orange flames-like motifs on the edges, with the kanji for "Fourth Hokage" (四代目火影, Yondaime Hokage) written vertically down the back, and closed on the front by a thin, orange rope.

Personality: Minato is collected and highly perceptive. During difficult events, he remains composed, assessing the situation and devising appropriate plans of action. Jiraiya said that Minato is a shrewd person, not one to do something without reason. Minato is also a very cautious individual as he set up at least two safe houses as well as scattered his Flying Thunder God Kunai over the outskirts of Konoha, presumably so he can intercept enemies that cross Konoha's borders.

He also seems well aware of the terror his reputation inspires in his foes. At the same time, he is considered a nice person and very respectful to others; he doesn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and will always talk to them with respect. He deeply cares for and loves his wife and child, becoming very nervous because of Kushina's pain during labour and even shedding tears of joy at his son's birth. Minato also deeply cares for the village and all the shinobi, saying that they all are a big family. He also enjoys reading, and takes a special liking to reading Jiraiya's work in particular.

Minato is known for his indomitable spirit, drive, determination, and fierce ambition. His devotion to the village, and his love for his friends inspires all those around him, and, as a result, he became well-liked by the villagers. Minato is also shown to be very forgiving, as even the revelation that the masked man who was responsible for his and Kushina's deaths was none other than Obito Uchiha wasn't enough to make him show the slightest bit of anger toward his former student, and instead showed great sadness over the fact that Obito ended up like that and desired to save him instead. One quirk Minato possesses is his tendency to create ridiculous names for techniques. Upon seeing Naruto and Sasuke's combination Rasenshuriken, Minato decided to name it Scorch Release: Halo Gale Jet Black Arrow Style Zero, a grandiose title which he himself thought didn't sound good.

After becoming Hokage, Minato started to take more pride in himself, referring to himself as "ore", which is a prideful way of saying "I" or "me", instead of using "watashi", a more formal way of referring to one's self. Still, this did not make him haughty as he still addresses others with the appropriate honourifics.

Minato's Personal Jutsu:

(Ninpo: Ichi ni Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Tracking Technique

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will concentrate their chakra and by placing two of their fingers on a surface they can then track and locate their target. This technique is even capable of telling the user exactly how many targets there are and if they are very skilled also.
Note: User must remain stationary and can only be used by Tobirama Senju and Minato Namikaze biograhies.

(Chiratsuki Kaihi) - Flicker Evasion

Type: Defensive
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.

(Kiiroi Senkō Chō Rasen) - Yellow Flash Super Spiral

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Minato dashes toward his enemy and kicks them on the knee. He then slides behind them and kicks the same knee again in such a way that they fly into the air.
Note: Can only be used by Minato Namikaze

(Kiiroi Senkō Haya Bāsuto) - Yellow Flash Speed Burst

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Minato dashes toward his enemy with such high speed that he looks like a blur and hits them as he passes them. Then, he stops behind them and slashes them on the back with a kunai.
Note: Can only be used by Minato Namikaze

(Rasengan) - Spiral Sphere

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. The technique was taught to his sensei, Jiraiya, who then passed it on to Minato's young son, Naruto, years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.

(Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique

Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.

(Fūinjutsu: Shiki Fūjin) - Sealing Technique: Dead Demon Consuming Seal

Rank: S-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A ( Death )
Description: The user, or his clone, makes nine handseals and then claps his hands. This summons the Shinigami, who appears behind the user and wraps its left arm with prayer beads. The soul of the user is visible, bound to the Shinigami. The Shinigami then extends its hand through the user's chest, grasping the opponent if he is within short range, and begins pulling out his soul. Once the Shinigami has grasped the opponent, he is completely immobile, although he can use weapons, summonings already existing, etcetera to try and kill the user before the technique completes. At the user's command, the Shinigami then performs the sealing, locking away the victim and the user's soul to battle for all eternity in the Shinigami's stomach.
Note: If used by the user himself, causes him to die.
Note: This technique can be used only a maximum of two times by clones, and once by the user himself.

(Goshun Mawashi no Jutsu) - Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique

Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique is a technique which requires two persons that are able to use the Flying Thunder God Technique or two clones. Both users will mark each other with their respective seals which grants them the ability to use this technique to switch their positions at any point in time during a battle. As the users swap places, they can bring with them anything that they are touching with them, including some techniques such as the rasengan. The technique can also be used on inanimate targets instead, by first marking oneself and then the target, using the technique to switch places with the target.
Note: Can only be used by Namikaze Minato and Senju Tobirama bios
Note: Can only be used 4 times and requires the user to have used the Seal of the Flying Thunder God beforehand as explained.

(Jikūkan Kekkai) – Space-Time Barrier

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will perform the Ram hand seal, while holding a small object marked with a seal of the thunder god mark, to form a barrier that will teleport away incoming attacks that are sent at it. He is capable of diverting away an attack as large and powerful as a chakra blast from the nine-tailed demon fox. Once the technique is warped away, the user has to direct it to another location.
Note: Can only be used 4 times and can only be used by a Minato or Tobirama bios.

(Kiiroi Senkō) - The Yellow Flash

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: Minato will blast the target into the air with a rasengan and then proceeds to throw one of his space-time kunai behind them. As he teleports behind them, he strikes them in the back with another rasengan that expands to a bigger size before exploding the target into the ground.
Note: Can only be used once with a Minato bio.

(Kiiroi Senkō Rasengan) - Yellow Flash Spiralling Sphere

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: Minato kicks the opponent up in the air and throws one of his Flying Thunder God Kunai past him, teleporting to mid air behind him while forming a rasengan in his hand. He then slams the rasengan on his opponent from behind, sending him crushing to the ground.
Note: Can only be used Twice by Minato Namikaze.

(Hiraishin no Jutsu) - Flying Thunder God Technique

Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle

(Jikūkan: Rasenrengan) - Space Time: Spiralling Serial Spheres

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40 (-20 per teleport)
Damage Points: 80
Description: Minato teleports towards the opponent in a zig-zag manner by continuously throwing his space time kunai, and, when in range, hits the target with a Rasengan in each hand.
Note: Can only do up to 3 consecutive teleports
Note: User teleports to the kunai he's throwing, which is always the same
Note: Can't teleport to other kunais scattered throughout the field but to the one he's using for the technique
Note: Usable 3 times per battle

(Sennin Modo) – Sage Mode

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 70 (adds 200 chakra, consumes -15 per turn)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user, by standing perfectly still in a meditative focus (user must stay still for 1 turn), will draw into him natural energy which he will then blend with their own chakra adding a new dimension of power to it. By doing this, the user gains access to what is called senjutsu chakra. This new chakra allows the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which then drastically increases the strength of his techniques and his physical prowess (speed, strength, stamina, etc). This variation is unique to Namikaze Minato and is otherwise akin of the one know as perfect Sage Mode which was first used by Naruto who could perfectly balance natural energy with chakra due to his unusual large chakra supply. Minato, however, doesn't have enough chakra to fully master the technique and, while he has great precision in his chakra balance, enabling him to achieve a Sage Mode which is visually equal to his son's perfect mastery, he cannot sustain the technique to long and its results are far inferior to those of Naruto. The user gains horizontal slit pupils and orange markings around his eyes, reminiscent of Toads and pertain to the users connection with them. Their physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, and durability dramatically increase, with more emphasis on strength, endurance and stamina rather than speed and reflexes. The user can harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of their body, which increases the reach of their attacks through the use of Frog Kata. While sage mode is active, minor wounds heal slowly as time passes and the user gains the ability to passively sense his surroundings through the natural energy, in a similar but more precise and enhanced way as normal chakra sensing. Unlike other techniques, the user will not feel any depletion in terms of stamina and energy and will feel revitalized and strong while its active. However, once it ends, the exhaustion of sustaining such a delicate chakra balance takes over the user until he can recover. While Sage Mode is active, the user will take little damage from techniques D-Rank and below, and C-Rank and below Taijutsu. When Sage mode ends the user then experiences physical exhaustion reducing their capabilities the following turn preventing him from using techniques above A-Rank and Taijutsu above B-Rank. Minato cannot prevent this with the use of the Amphibian Technique like Jiraya or other Sage Mode user and is limited to using a shadow clone to collect natural energy and dispelling them before sage mode ends, granting him a slight increase in the duration of Sage Mode. Taijutsu gains +10 damage, main elemental affinity gains +15 damage, other elemental ninjutsu gain +5 damage and Genjutsu gains +5 damage.
Note: Sage Mode lasts for a total of 4 turns, unless a clone is used in the last turn to increase the duration by 1 additional turn, which can only be done once.
Note: The use of Frog Katas cuts the length of Sage mode by three turns, instead of the normal two.
Note: This variation can only be used by Namikaze Minato bios.

Background Info ● ● ●

History: When Minato was in the Academy, his class-mate Kushina Uzumaki thought that he looked "unreliable" and even "girly". He dreamed of being acknowledged by the Konoha villagers by becoming the Hokage, which Kushina considered to be an impossible dream for someone like him. Years later, however, when Kushina was kidnapped by Kumogakure ninja, Minato was the only one to pick up on the fact that she was leaving behind strands of her red hair to mark their path. After rescuing her, Minato explained that he had always admired her hair. No longer seeing him as "unreliable", she fell in love with him.

According to those who knew him personally, Minato was a very talented ninja prodigy — a rare genius that appeared only once in a generation. He graduated from the Academy at the age of ten, and was added to a genin team under the tutelage of Jiraiya, who took a special interest in Minato, and took him on as an apprentice.

In time, Minato married Kushina. He also became a jounin and was put in charge of a genin team of his own, consisting of Rin Nohara, Obito Uchiha, and Kakashi Hatake. For their test to officially become genin, Minato tasked them with taking one of two bells from him in actual combat. Despite the team not having full loyalty towards each other, seeing them work together to snatch even one bell convinced Minato to pass his team. During the Third Shinobi World War, Minato led his team on a mission into Kusagakure to destroy the Kannabi Bridge. Because Kakashi had recently become a jounin, Minato gave leadership of the mission to Kakashi while he went to help Konoha's forces on the front lines. After meeting up with the surviving and out-numbered Konoha ninja, Minato used his Flying Thunder God Technique to kill the opposing Iwagakure ninja. He then returned to his team, just in time to save Kakashi and Rin from another group of Iwa forces, but was too late to save Obito. When Kakashi and Rin recovered from the ordeal, Minato helped them complete the mission.

Some time after the war, Minato, not yet thirty years of age, was chosen to become the Fourth Hokage. At some point between being chosen as the Fourth Hokage and his inauguration, Minato clashed with A on what was seemingly their first meeting, Minato, an unnamed Inuzuka and Akimichi, and a non-distinct fourth member, confronted A and his team. There, Minato and A had a clash of speed with Minato almost severely injuring the future Raikage before B intercepted the attack. Upon receiving the signal that Konoha was retreating for the time being, Minato lingered to praise B's bravery and told A that he had a good family and followers surrounding him, and also offered A the advice of making sure his brother knew who he was before he became neither human nor jinchuriki. Minato then declared that the next time they met, it would be to put the title of "Kage" on the line.

Not one to allow his enemy to escape so easily, A attempted to attack Minato before he left. Believing that Minato would teleport to one of his special kunai, A was shocked to see the Konoha-nin appear behind his brother before realising that Minato had marked him earlier. Impressed by the fact that B had reacted fast enough to pull one of his swords on him, Minato praised B for his skills. Minato then escaped and would continue to clash with A on several occasions.

Later, when Kushina became pregnant, the two expecting parents were overjoyed. Kushina, however, became a nervous of their future child's well-being, to which Minato promised as a father he would definitely protect their child. Midway through the pregnancy, Jiraiya visited with his first book. Minato read it and admired the main character's determination, — whom he believed to be just like Jiraiya — and decided to name their son "Naruto", after said character, in the hopes that he would be just like him and, in turn, Jiraiya. Jiraiya warned them that it would make him Naruto's godfather, but they insisted that this was a good thing.

Other ● ● ●

Special Kunai: Minato's main weapon employed was uniquely shaped kunai, which due to their particular form were more suitable for close-range combat than standard kunai, able to launch powerful strikes with it. Tactics-wise, he would regularly use these kunai in unison with his space-time ninjutsu by marking them with his seal. Doing this, Minato could activate his technique through said kunai as a medium, even allowing him to remotely activate it from any distance. Minato would stock up on a large supply of marked-kunai, where in a single sweep he could not only accurately hit multiply targets, but also greatly expand the choices and radius of his teleportation points. Likewise, Minato could teleport to his kunai even as it traveled through the air, allowing him to both attack and defend simultaneously:

▙ Oonoki of the Double Scales ▜

- From dust you came, to dust you shall return...

Basic Information ⧉◽◽

Name: Ōnoki

Nickname: Ōnoki of the Double Scales, Sandaime Tsuchikage

Gender: Male

Age: 79

Clan: /

Looks: Ōnoki is a very short, old man with a triangular beard and a moustache that has angular corners, a big red nose and thick eyebrows. The top of his head is completely bald, although, he has long white hair on the lower-half of his head which is styled in a traditional chonmage hair cut, the back of which is tied with a yellow ribbon into a topknot. Ōnoki wears a green and yellow coat with a red collar. Underneath he wears the traditional Iwagakure outfit consistent of a light green version of Iwagakure's flak jacket and mesh armour. He however has both his sleeves of his shirt, but kept the single lapel on his right side. Along with this, he wears sandals.

During the tenure of the First Tsuchikage, as an adolescent, Ōnoki had brown hair along with dark brown and thick eyebrows. He also wore a dark brown T-shirt and beige pants with black shinobi sandals. When he was a young adult, Ōnoki wore an outfit with armour plating on it and his forehead protector on his head like a bandanna.

Personality: Ōnoki is a very proud, headstrong, and boastful individual. Because of his age, he is also somewhat frail, with constant complaints about hip and back pains. He refuses to retire and choose a successor as Tsuchikage despite being up in age, insisting that he is still strong enough to continue to rule the village. At the same time, he is slightly hypocritical as he encouraged Tsunade to step down as Hokage after awakening from her coma noting that she may be too old. Kurotsuchi describes him as a "stubborn old man". His pride has caused him to have very little respect for those younger than him, as he verbally attacked Gaara on numerous occasions, dismissing his presumed naivety on dealing with politics. Ōnoki attributes his behaviour as a result of his encounter(s) with Madara in his youth, stating that he had lost sight of who he was because of him. Despite this, he remained an open-minded individual and even regained a sense of himself after seeing Gaara's attitude, gaining great respect for Gaara's skill and power as a Kage, as well as his wisdom even in spite of his young age. He has also come to view Naruto in a similar light. In the end, he credits the friendship between the two men for making him see the errors of his ways. This is also seen during the time he tells Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi that he remembered what he really used to be before he became a stubborn old man, likely meaning he had a kinder and friendlier heart in his youth. Ōnoki also holds his master in high regard, addressing him with the "-sama" suffix even after becoming Tsuchikage like his predecessor.

Deidara also noted that Ōnoki hates art, possibly because he ridiculed his explosive clay artwork. During the chaos Sasuke Uchiha had started at the summit, Ōnoki didn't seem to be alarmed once the battle in the Summit Room began. He appeared to be calm enough to let the Mizukage Mei Terumī deal with the current situation. Upon observing the fight between the two, he seemed quite entertained, which led him to join the fight.

Ōnoki seems to be quite ruthless, taking down a heavily-injured Sasuke who had just been saved yet again after facing the wrath of three other Kage before him, on the claim that the ninja world wants Sasuke dead, even though Ōnoki himself has no grudge against Sasuke personally. He then immediately turned his attention to a devastated Karin, claiming that she's next to die with his Dust Release technique. He does however, seem to be considerate enough to let Tobi speak for his actions, reasoning with the Raikage to listen to his reasons before making their own.

Ōnoki originally hated all the other shinobi villages, and in the past may have resorted to underhanded tactics, taught by his predecessor, after a shinobi alliance had ended. One example was his betrayal of Kirigakure at the Tragedy of Yosuga Pass. Now Ōnoki has come to accept the other villages and is capable of great teamwork with the shinobi he once called his enemies. An example of his change in personality is when he sent his bodyguards to Land of Water in order to apologise for the Tragedy of Yosuka Pass. This is a trait that he attributes to his long life.

During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Ōnoki revealed himself as a very determined, charismatic and inspirational leader, as he was the one who pushed the Fourth Division and later the other Kage to face Madara without fear, despite his displays of overwhelming power and incited his comrades to doing the same. He even went as far as to attempt to stop Madara from chasing after Naruto and Kurama despite being nearly out of chakra

(Doton: Kajūgan no Jutsu): Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique

Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (up to +20 if used to add damage)
Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

(Doton: Keijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Light Weight Rock Technique

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (up to -20 if used to boost speed of a physical attack)
Description: Contrary to its counterpart (the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique), instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter, though still using the same principle and mechanics. The user will make direct contact with the given target (through his hands), infusing them with earth chakra and lowering their weight drastically. The technique can lower a targets weight up to 10 times less than it originally had. This allows freer manipulation of the affected objects, which would normally carry considerably more weight and as such, require a greater amount of exertion to move. The technique can be used on the user or other shinobi to increase their speed, but as a consequence of using it this way, it results in the decrease of the physical force of their blows. The same principle applies if used on a physical attack wich will be faster but will carry less momentum and as such, less physical damage. It doesn't change the "strength" of binding techniques (like Sand Release), where the user is manipulating a dynamic element but will decrease the impact damage of techniques that rely on it.
Note: The initial effects last for 2 turns or until countered.

(Doton: Chōkeijūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A (up to -40 if used to boost speed of a physical attack)
Description: A more advanced version of the Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique, in which the user drastically decreases the weight of any object in direct physical contact, but to a much greater extent than that of the original ability. The technique can decrease the weight of the target to virtually zero but the bigger the target, the more time is needed.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

(Doton: Chō Kajūgan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Super Added Weight Rock Technique

Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A (up to +40 if used to add damage)
Description: A more advanced version of the Earth Release: Added Weight Rock Technique, in which the user drastically increases the weight of any object in direct physical contact, but to a much greater extent than that of the original ability. This technique can increase the weight of a target up to 100 times. Under certain circumstances, the technique can be used to increase the force behind attacks.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

(Jinton: Genkai Hakuri no Jutsu: Chokuhōtai Gata) - Dust Release: Destruction of the Primitive world technique: Cuboid Form

Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user will first perform the Rat → Boar → Snake hand seals and then using their dust release to create a structure, with a sphere located at its centre, between the palms of his hands. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverised into minute particles of dust. The resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, depending on the initial shape of the created structure. In this form the user creates the cuboid that equals to 1 meter squared. This is generally used for smaller scaled attacks to the opponent such as a limb or even to destroy weapons and tools.
Note: Can only be used by Onoki or Muu

History: When he was an adolescent, Ōnoki was tasked with cleaning his village's Stone Monument. As he did so, his grandfather, the First Tsuchikage, came and spoke with him. Ōnoki, who believed that the First was just a cheap old man to have such a simple thing as the symbol of the village, was then told that the stone represented the unmovable will of the shinobi of the village. The First then told Ōnoki that he too possessed that strong will, but would lose it if he didn't face adversities with determination.

As a young man, Ōnoki was a student to the Second Tsuchikage, Mū who passed down to him the secrets of Dust Release techniques. At some time in the past, Ōnoki fought with Madara Uchiha, and is the only living Kage to do so. On one occasion, Madara approached them and declared that despite the alliance between their villages Konoha was to remain the dominant one and anything that Konohagakure requested, Iwagakure was to obey. His knowledge of Madara's power made him wary of him, and was thus surprised that the masked man could really be him. He had also encountered the Second Mizukage, his mentor's rival, and was constantly picked on by the latter.

Later in life, he himself would become a teacher to Deidara, though he often implied that Deidara's ideologies and fighting style annoyed him, he was still proud of him. Eventually, Ōnoki succeeded Mū for the title of Tsuchikage, though he would lose his prized disciple Deidara, who defected from Iwagakure after stealing a kinjutsu. During his reign he endured the hardships of the Third Shinobi World War, watching many of his people die in battle. Eventually, Konohagakure offered a peace treaty from the Third Hokage himself. While the Iwa council was against the treaty, Ōnoki strongly considered accepting it to stop the bloodshed. As Tsuchikage, he hired Akatsuki many times for their services in the past, which he rationalised by his concern over Kumogakure's unwavering militarisation. He has also apparently known and dealt with the Fourth Raikage since he was young. Later Ōnoki received an invitation from Konohagakure and Sunagakure to join an impromptu Chūnin Exams they would be hosting together. Arrogantly thinking this was an attempt by the two villages to better gauge Iwagakure's strength for an upcoming fight, Ōnoki quickly turned down the offer, merely replying to the hosts that his village was too busy.

Basic Information

Name: Tsunade Senju
Nickname: Fifth Hokage / Konoha's Slug Princess / The Legendary Sucker
Gender: Female
Age: 55
Clan: Senju

Looks: Tsunade has brown eyes and straight, shoulder-length blonde hair that she usually keeps tied in two loose ponytails. The Strength of a Hundred Seal - taking the appearance of a violet diamond shape - is clearly visible on her forehead. Although she was called flat-chested when she was younger, Tsunade later grew into a slender woman of above-average height with large breasts, which Jiraiya estimates to be 106 centimetres;[24] she is in fact widely regarded as the most beautiful kunoichi in the world.[25] Despite being in her fifties, Tsunade maintains the appearance of a young woman using the Transformation Technique. While never seen in full when not transformed, she appears much older than she is as she is heavily wrinkled and her body much more frail-looking.

Tsunade often wears a grass-green haori with the kanji for "gamble" (賭, kake) written on the back, inside a red circle. Underneath she wears a grey, kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, held closed by a broad, dark bluish-grey obi that matches her pants. Her blouse is closed quite low, revealing her sizeable cleavage. She wears open-toed, strappy black sandals with high heels. She has red nail polish on both her fingernails and toenails and uses a soft pink lipstick.

Personality: Tsunade was very willing to believe in the attainability of dreams while Nawaki and Dan were alive, and that by supporting and encouraging those dreams she might be able to help achieve them. When both died gruesomely shortly after receiving her support, Tsunade lost faith in the idea of dreaming for anything, believing that the mere pursuit would be doomed from the outset. She becomes especially critical of wanting to be Hokage,

Tsunade is forced to reconsider her cynicism upon meeting Naruto Uzumaki, who demonstrates two things to her: just because a goal seems impossible does not mean it actually is, as Naruto is able to master the Rasengan unprecedentedly quickly despite seemingly lacking any natural talent; just because the dreamer dies does not mean the dream itself does, as Nawaki and Dan's desire to become Hokage lives on in Naruto
She becomes Hokage herself, partly so that she can live Nawaki and Dan's dream for them, but also so that she can pave the way for Naruto inevitably holding the title. Just as she once did, Tsunade supports all other dreams that she can
As Hokage, Tsunade is committed to protecting Konoha and its villagers, willing to give her life for her village and allies if necessary.[16] She does this because Nawaki and Dan loved Konoha and so she keeps their dreams alive by doing so, but also because Konoha's continued survival honours all those who gave their lives creating it and keeping it safe. Although her reasons are somewhat different, the outcome is nevertheless consistent with the Will of Fire. Tsunade is similarly optimistic about the next generation of Konoha's ninja, especially Naruto, convinced that the village's future will be in good hands because of them

Despite her many noble qualities, Tsunade is not without her faults. She is blunt and short-tempered, prone to striking Naruto for his immaturity or Jiraiya for his perversion; she is widely feared because of this tendency.[19] Her own behaviour isn't much better than theirs, as she drinks constantly, sometimes sleeps on the job, and tries as much as she can to have other people do her work for her. One of her favourite vices is gambling, which she acquired from her grandfather, Hashirama Senju. Despite how often and how irresponsibly she gambles, Tsunade has notoriously bad luck, causing those who have made huge profits off of her to call her "The Legendary Sucker" (伝説のカモ, Densetsu no Kamo).[20] Tsunade is fully aware of how unlucky she is, and so whenever she hits a winning streak she takes it as a bad omen and prepares for the worst;[21] she has at times tried using her bad luck to her advantage, betting on outcomes she doesn't want so that her unluckiness will prevent them from happening.

History: Tsunade is the granddaughter of Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki. Because Hashirama was the First Hokage of Konohagakure, Tsunade is called "Princess" (姫, Hime). Hashirama doted on Tsunade when she was very young because she was his first grandchild, and found her deviance and her adoption of his own gambling habits highly amusing;[7] Tsunade inherited his necklace when he died. After she graduated from Konoha's Academy, Tsunade was teamed with Orochimaru and Jiraiya under the leadership of Hiruzen Sarutobi.
Tsunade's younger brother, Nawaki dreamed of someday becoming Hokage so that he could protect Konoha, their grandfather's legacy. On Nawaki's twelfth birthday, Tsunade kissed his forehead and gave him Hashirama's necklace in the hopes that it would help him achieve his dream. He died the next day, a casualty of the ongoing Second Shinobi World War, thus returning the necklace to her. Tsunade began advocating for the inclusion of medical-nin on all four-man squads in order to avoid future deaths like Nawaki's.

Although their team under Hiruzen's leadership had disbanded, Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya continued fighting together during the Second Shinobi World War. During one such fight in Amegakure, they were the only three to survive an encounter with Hanzō, for which

When both died gruesomely shortly after receiving her support, Tsunade lost faith in the idea of dreaming for anything, believing that the mere pursuit would be doomed from the outset. She becomes especially critical of wanting to be Hokage, as both Dan and Nawaki died trying to attain the title and the past Hokage have all died prematurely and, Tsunade argues, pointlessly because they held the position; she concludes that to be Hokage is a fool's job.

Tsunade is forced to reconsider her cynicism upon meeting Naruto Uzumaki, who demonstrates two things to her: just because a goal seems impossible does not mean it actually is, as Naruto is able to master the Rasengan unprecedentedly quickly despite any seeming natural talent; just because the dreamer dies does not mean the dream itself does, as Nawaki and Dan's desire to become Hokage lives on in Naruto. Because Naruto is so very much an exception to how she thought the world worked, Tsunade puts her faith in dreams once again, a desire so strong that she overcomes her fear of blood. She becomes Hokage herself, partly so that she can live Nawaki and Dan's dream for them, but also so that she can pave the way for Naruto inevitably holding the title. Just as she once did, Tsunade supports all other dreams that she can: when Rock Lee tells her he dreams of being a ninja despite knowing he may die trying, she does not argue his decision and, in the anime, does all that she can to ensure he survives.

Tsunade is similarly optimistic about the next generation of Konoha's ninja, especially Naruto, convinced that the village's future will be in good hands because of them. She in fact becomes angry when others lack this same faith in Naruto and his peers, believing it is better to let them try and then fail than to assume their failure is inevitable and thus prevent them from trying. Demonstrations of her own faith include: congratulating Shikamaru Nara for his failed mission because at least none of his teammates died; not labelling Sasuke Uchiha a missing-nin because she trusts that Naruto can someday convince him to return to Konoha.

Hashirama finds Tsunade's many bad habits highly amusing on a personal level, but when he is told that Tsunade is Hokage he immediately worries about what misfortunes she's brought upon Konoha.

Jiraiya assumed that there was a mutual attraction between him and Tsunade from their first meeting, a statement that only served to annoy and anger her. Despite his many advances over the years, Tsunade never reciprocated his feelings, only ever loving Dan, even decades after his death. Jiraiya wasn't discouraged by this and claimed that her repeated rejections had not only made him stronger, but they've been excellent material for his Icha Icha series of books. Though he concluded that to be happy wasn't his fate. Tsunade doubted he believed his own words and she commented that he did not need to put on a brave front when he returned from Amegakure. When Jiraiya ended up dying during that same mission, Tsunade privately mourned for the loss of her dear friend and team-mate. Her greatest desire was to be with her loved ones, while supporting Dan as he lived out his dream of being Hokage. Despite this, she chose not to have Dan and Nawaki reincarnated when given the chance as she realised it would go against everything they stood for.

"What I inherited from my grandfather isn't just simple 'power'."

Herculean Strength

As one of the Legendary Sannin, Tsunade was renowned for her ferocity of a shinobi. One such attribute that was known throughout the world was her immeasurable raw strength. Even without the use of her chakra, Tsunade was incredibly strong, causing massive damage with each strike. This was only augmented to gigantic proportions when she actually used her chakra. As a result, she possesses an automatic +20 damage to all of her Taijutsu.

Chakra Enhanced Strength

On top of her raw muscle power, Tsunade can further augment her strength thanks to her impeccable chakra control. By pinpointing and focusing her chakra at a singular point anywhere on her body right before striking and making contact, she can create a dangerously more powerful attack. The resulting impact that she leaves has catastrophic results, being able to lift things like giant summons. It's force can level even the most fortified of defenses, like shattering a Susanoo, and as a result, leaves her stronger than even the most powerful individuals, a fact recognizes by almost all.

Medical Prowess

Considered the godmother of Medical Ninjutsu, Tsunade is world renowned for her incredible medical capabilities. She was so focused that she actually created the 3 rules that all medical shinobi follow. On top of that, she's reached the pinnacle of the medical ninjutsu by developing and mastering the Creation Rebirth and Strength of a Hundred techniques.

After she graduated from Konoha's Academy, Tsunade was teamed with Orochimaru and Jiraiya under the leadership of Hiruzen Sarutobi. When Jiraya failed to acquire a bell during the team's first bell test, Tsunade teased him, prompting him to criticise her flat chest. Despite this remark, Jiraiya had a certain interest in Tsunade from their first meeting, which only increased after her breasts developed; when she nearly killed him for spying on her while she bathed, he was forced to be more discrete about his interests.

Hiruzen, the Third Hokage, agreed with her arguments, but could not dedicate resources to the necessary implementation due to the ongoing war. Dan Katō, on the other hand, shared her views, and as their relationship developed he confided with her his dreams of becoming Hokage so that he could bring change to Konoha and protect his loved one from death. Tsunade kissed his forehead and gave him Hashirama's necklace in the hopes that it would help him achieve his dream.
Although their team under Hiruzen's leadership had disbanded, Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya continued fighting together during the Second Shinobi World War. During one such fight in Amegakure, they were the only three to survive an encounter with Hanzō, for which accomplishment Hanzō dubbed them Konoha's "Legendary Sannin". In the aftermath of the battle, Jiraiya opted not to return to Konoha so that he could train the Ame orphans. Tsunade would go on to make her own independent contributions to the war, frequently counteracting Chiyo of Sunagakure's poisons. Although Tsunade's actions are said to have won the war for Konoha, Tsunade was unable to prevent Dan's death, and her failure to stop his severe blood loss caused her to develop hemophobia.

With Dan's death, Hashirama's necklace returned to Tsunade once again, convincing some that the necklace was cursed to kill anyone who wore it other than Tsunade. Tsunade herself became convinced that achieving one's dreams was impossible and that to be Hokage was a fool's job. She therefore left Konoha, taking Dan's niece, Shizune, with her to train her as an apprentice. Due to her blood phobia, Tsunade retired from any direct involvement in medicine or combat, instead relying on Shizune whenever a need for either came up.

Perfect Chakra Control
Throughout her years, Tsunade has managed to perfect her chakra control, moreso than any other shinobi or kunoichi the world has known. As a result, she can efficiently store her chakra and use it to cause the most damage with the least amount of chakra cost. Her focus is so great that she has been able to constantly maintain an incredibly large portion of her chakra reservoir stored in a single point on her forehead for years at a time. She's also managed to develop a transformation technique that is is always passively active, which she uses to maintain her youthful appearance.

Basic Information

Name: Mei Terumī

Nickname: Fifth Mizukage

Gender: Female

Age: 31

Clan: N/A

Looks:

Mei is a tall, slender woman with fair skin. She has green eyes, and ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bangs are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her bust, just below her chin.

She wears a long-sleeved, dark blue dress that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zipper, and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh armour that covers slightly more of her upper body than her dress. She also wears a skirt in the same colour as her dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left along with high-heeled sandals, shin-guards reaching up over her knees, dark blue nail polish on her fingers and toes, and is usually shown with purple lipstick (fuchsia in the anime). Years after the Fourth Great Shinobi War, Mei developed minor wrinkles near the corners of her lips. Her hair was also noticeably shorter, only reaching to her lower back.

Personality:

Mei is generally a kind and cheerful person, speaking well of others and attempting to avoid conflict. Mei proved to be more open-minded than the other Kage, as she had shown respect and was willing to listen to Gaara, at one point even defending him from the Tsuchikage's disrespectful behaviour, and later showing admiration for Gaara after seeing how pure-hearted he was. Mei also can be very flirtatious, as she remarked to Sasuke Uchiha that he was good looking, and expressed regret that she must kill someone so handsome, but would give him a kiss before that. She is also shown to be quite respectful to others despite her status as a Kage. She often ends her sentences with "kudasai", which translates roughly to "please" and refers to all her fellow Kage with the suffic "-sama", which translates to "Lord" ("Lady" if the person is female). She also stated to Madara that though she liked when men complimented her, she would hold off in his case.

Mei seems to be somewhat sensitive when it comes to her love life, as shown when she misheard Ao say that she was "past marriageable age", and threatened to kill him for such an "insult". This seems to be a running gag, as she has made similar mistakes on multiple occasions. She also has low tolerance towards insults about her age and appearance, as she was instantly angered when Karin called her an "old hag", and beat up Ao while Fū Yamanaka possessed his body and insulted her. Despite this, she is also very sharp-witted as she pretended to be able to undo Ao's barrier technique protecting his Byakugan to fool Fū into exposing himself possessing Ao's body.

Befitting her role as the village's leader, Mei cares about the welfare and history of Kirigakure. Under the belief that Yagura, her predecessor, had been manipulated by Tobi using genjutsu, she was prepared to fight Danzō Shimura, who also possessed a Sharingan which could cast a similar genjutsu. Though Mei is courageous and calm in battle, she is not above realising her or any one else's limitations as seen from her open acknowledgement that it seems as though Madara could not be stopped. Despite usually being quite fearless and determined in battle, she possesses a pessimistic outlook against stronger opponents as witnessed during her battle with Madara; though she felt they were fighting a losing battle and voiced the fact that their efforts seemed futile, this did not ultimately prevent her from fighting alongside her comrades.

Background Info

History:

As a young girl around the age of nine, Mei had to endure Kirigakure's brutal academy graduation ritual. Living through the dark days of the Village of the Bloody Mist, she had fought drenched in the blood of others and her own for the sake of the village.

After taking office as Mizukage, Mei came across challenges while struggling to undo the negative inheritance left by the Fourth Mizukage and the village's own history.

When Mei leaves for the Kage Summit, the villagers of Kirigakure cheer for her. One of her bodyguards, Chōjūrō, expressed worry that he will not be able to protect her, so Mei cheered him up by voicing confidence in his abilities. She continued to speak kindly to Chōjūrō during their journey to the Land of Iron. Similarly, whenever Ao, her other bodyguard, tried to scold Chōjūrō for not acting like a man, Mei mistook his words and threatened to kill him.
Kage Summit

The five Kage meeting.

When the Summit began, Mei proved to be more open-minded than the other Kage, as she had shown respect and was willing to listen to the Fifth Kazekage; even at one point defending him from the Third Tsuchikage's disrespectful behaviour. The Fourth Raikage explained his suspicions of the other Kage, and stated that Mei and the rest of her village were the least trustworthy; as the Summit was being held to discuss Akatsuki, and Akatsuki is rumoured to have been created in Kirigakure, the village's actions made it suspect. Over Ao's objections, Mei admitted that many in Kirigakure believe her predecessor to have been manipulated by someone. When Tobi's involvement with Akatsuki was brought to light, the Summit mediator, Mifune, suggested forming an alliance to be headed by Danzō Shimura. Although Mei does not object, Mifune explained that Akatsuki's supposed ties with Kirigakure left her unsuited to lead a task force meant to eliminate the organisation.
