How much time do you spend on internet a day? Including your phone. I made a thread similar to this but it was more of a discussion than the question.

The internet is stupid. It's hard to find any factual information, there are always arguments, insults and life absorbing. The internet is pretty much a keyboard war. I just saw a thread that everyone was just bashing each other. How much time do you spend on the internet or your phone a day?

Has he shown any speed feats at all? I can't remember seeing any, or I just overlooked them if any. Thanks.

He has OP destroying power and sealing techs. Genjutsu has no effect on him Along with those abilities. He also has another OP: He's fast, strong, large chakra reserves, immunity to genjutsu, and he has OP abilities. Is that enough to propel him into top 10?

Minato is faster and has better or equal to reaction time as Tobirama. As you can see this is as fast as Tobirama's new speed feat (below) You could argue that one is faster than the other, but Minato's feat seems faster than Tobirama's because Obito had a shorter range in his attack...
