Wouldn't this attack take out the majority of shinobi that aren't Jinchuriki, or Madara, Hashirama and Obito? I'm not trying to spark anything, serious inquire. In my opinion this is op.

Gaara lays desert, flies and toys with Tobirama like he's in a sandbox. In all serious, I think Gaara has the abilities that could beat Tobirama. Nevertheless it would be a good fight.

If Kimmimaro was healthy would he be on a level with current Kakashi? He has similar stats and their fighting styles are pretty much even, although Kamui is a deal breaker. I think they are close to skill levels.
