Discrimination is a word I don't like
it reminds me how Dr. King had to fight
for his life
All the strife
to make a change
that should have never become a problem
Jesus Christ he died on the cross
because of him all our sin´s are lost
but one thing that is a sin in his eyes
is discrimination
and this sadly affected the whole nation
It was like a disease
who never fell to its knees
and it affected all colors and now its after political appointees.
Discrimination is a accusation
that blacks and whites and people of the world cannot coe-exist
This was all in the past
but hey I should have saved this part for last
thanks to Dr. King and Malcolm X
they were god-sent to make this world a better place and they helped us replace discrimination with love and humility.
Now it's twenty nineteen
and I thought discrimination had been redeemed
for something nicer for a machine
who could spread the gene of love
But sadly my friend this is not the end of discrimination now we move on to my life
I´m a boy of color
who had to discover
of how I have to cover myself daily
People call me a county browny
well heck I know it sounds kind of clowney
but in reality it's discrimination.
Blacks don't just live in the hood
we dwell where it is good
in the west in the east in the north and in the south
so please don't go running your mouth
Now don't think you can call me a negro
because your trying to build your ego
Iḿ not pointing out any particular race
because that would be such a disgrace
and that is called discrimination
So all the fighter´s we need to be writers
and rewrite the world how it is supposed to be
written discrimination free

I cannot believe I have not read this poem earlier. It is AMAZING!!! I love the rhythm scheme and to make it better, your message was beautiful. I understand it. I really do. And love it. Your a great writer, a powerful poemist (dunno if that's a word).

Thank you for the art you have written.
