While his sense of style can vary greatly, Rocky is usually seen wearing Raf Simons and Rick Owens ["Raf Simons, Rick Owens, usually what I'm dressed in" (Peso, 0:31)]. Additionally, he constantly flaunts his village's wealth by wearing 'ice' (expensive jewels and diamonds) in his attire, in the form of earrings, teeth grills, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.

Personality: Mayers is an extremely confident individual. He is sure of himself and his skill set, and considers himself a master of his craft. His passions lie in the arts, females, and music. Rocky grew up in the 'hood', constantly having to struggle to eat. After his success as a musician and artist, Rocky makes sure to constantly 'flex' his wealth, letting these broke ninjas know he's bout his bread. Rocky's indulgence in vice does not simply end with women, Rocky is a trained medical shinobi and so he dabbles with many chemical drugs to alter his mind state. Marijuana, LSD, 'Potion' (or codeine), and other drugs being commonly taken by him and his crew. The most important thing to Rocky besides his music, wealth, and women, are his ninjas. He's willing to do anything to protect his comrades, those who are part of the A$AP collective.

History:

Rakim Mayers, as he was born, was a powerful member of the Otsutsuki Clan. From birth he exhibited an extraordinarily powerful chakra and dojutsu. However, instead of training his abilities, Rocky instead focused on developing his music. He became extremely succesful with the release of his first mixtape, Live.Love.Asap. Riding on its success, he did a world tour with popular artist Drake (the Six God), before then releasing 3 successive and massively succesful albums. After his newfound success and wealth, Rocky grew bored with his lifestyle as a rapper, and decided to pursue becoming a shinobi as well. After many succesful years working under a group of merchants that had formed a collective village, Tekigakure, Rocky was eventually chosen to lead them as their Tekikgage.

Specialties/Shikotsumyaku:

Rocky is capable of using his Increased Tracking specialty to great use, giving him a passive increase of 1.5x to his tracking/reactions and boosting his senses. Additionally, he is a genjutsu specialist, giving him immunity to genjutsu techniques up to and including B ranks. Due to his ability to use the Shikotsumyaku KG, he has the ability to regenerate 10 damage per turn. Small cuts, broken bones and related none threatening injuries can be regenerated over the course of multiple turns. This does not include damage sustained from Fire or Lightning attacks or damage from high temperature attacks. He also gains a reduction of up to 40 damage per non-elemental Taijutsu 30 damage for non-elemental NB Taijutsu. The user also gains a small reduction of up to 30 damage per matter-based clashes. This involves Earth, Water, and some Wind release attacks. This means the user tanks damage done directly by these attacks but not residual effects, such as drowning, decapitation, limbs removed, etc. This also does not include energy-based attacks. Finally, he possesses the ability to increase the density of the created bones, making them stronger than steel. This not only makes the created weapons very powerful, but also makes his body virtually indestructible.

Otsutsuki Heritage:

Rocky's chakra is imbued with Six Paths Senjutsu. Through it, Rocky is able to attain a form of flight as use the Six Paths Chibaku Tensei. Rocky’s reserves are exceptionally massive, affording him an additional 1,750 chakra. The potency and sheer strength of his chakra passively empowers all of his techniques by 30 additional damage.

Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two.

(Fuuin: Kanbatsu Jakunen Metsubou) - Sealing Technique: Law of the Logia

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

( Juinjutsu: Kyūshutsu no Soter ) - Cursed Seal: Soter's Deliverance

Description: Based on the Sealing Trap Explosion, the user creates a cursed barrier around his person. This skin tight barrier is then made dormant until specific conditions are met. Should a jutsu of foreign chakra approach the user, the armor will react in such a way that, much like the parent jutsu, an explosion is generated. However, the difference between the two is that while the basic version is omnidirectional, this variant is a controlled outwards explosion generated towards the source of the foreign chakra. Due to the layer of chakra in the barrier around the body, the user is left unscathed as the barrier generated explosion disperses any attack of same chakra level or lower. Due to being an actual barrier and not a chakra shroud like with SM or Bijuu Modes, the user is left able to use other mode based jutsu while this lays dormant. Should an explosion occur in a direction, the user is able to release it from his fist instead of his entire front torso.

Fuuinjutsu: Deddozōn | Sealing Technique: Dead Zone

Description: A seal with the word 'Maintain' will be placed somewhere on the users body. The seal will passively drain chakra from the user which it will then redirect into the surroundings so as to detect attempts at manipulating space (affords no other kind of sensory). When a technique that seeks to distort space/time is utilised within the users vicinity (Mid range radius) this seal will activate, passively draining chakra from the user to erect a barrier that will instantly spread outwards and prevent the space time continuum from being manipulated - in effect the seal will serve to neutralize space time techniques such as summoning jutsu, or techniques that utilise portals such as 'Stick Earth Drop' from being utilised as it forcibly maintains the fabric of space and time. The seal activates automatically upon detecting an attempt at space/time manipulation, and is effective against such jutsu up to, and including A rank. However it is wholly ineffective against S ranked space time manipulation (Such as S rank summoning techniques as the jutsu utilises more chakra than this technique to bring a stronger summon to the field, however it will still be effective against lower ranked space time techniques even if the substance that they attempt to bring to the field is higher ranked)
Note:

- The user can start the battle with the seal already placed, in which case it must be posted at either the start of the battle or in the users bio. Otherwise the user will have to manually place the seal, which counts as a move and can only be done twice.
- The seal can only activate once per turn, and the user cannot use Fuinjutsu above A rank the turn after it triggers.
- The seal passively drains 5 chakra from the user per turn
- When triggered, a barrier of the appropriate strength will be set up (i.e A rank to counter A rank S/T) that will prevent the space time technique and last for that turn. An A rank barrier can be set up once, and a B rank barrier can only be set up twice. For C rank and below however, on account of there being virtually no S/T techniques that weak barring the summoning of certain lesser animals, the barrier can be triggered continuously to prevent these critters from taking to the field.
- As activation is passive, (But does count towards move count) the user is free to continue as normal.
- Won't work on 'Flying Thunder God' as it is a S ranked Space-Time technique.

(Seijutsu-Raiton/Fuinjutsu:Shokku Terapi) Holy Art- Lightning/Fuinjutsu: Shock Therapy

Description: This jutsu requires the user to have a pair of unique tattoo seals on his chest where his heart is located. The seal activates whenever the user goes unconcious but still alive. Upon activation, the seal discharges subtle lightning current/shock throughout the body and a controlled on the heart. Sorta works like a defibrillation machine. This causes depolarisation of the heart muscles and re-establishes normal conduction of the heart’s electrical impulse to the brain makes normal neural activities to resume and the user once again gains conciousness.
NOTE: Only usable 2x per battle

( Fuuinjutsu: Shukufuku no Macaria ) - Sealing Arts: Macaria's Blessing

Description: When an energy wave touches the user, be it the effects of a foreign ninjutsu or a defensive pulsating effect, a dormant seal triggers. The purpose of this seal is simple in it's usage and execution: when the foreign chakra nears the user's body, this seal triggers and a thin, unnoticeable to the human eye, layer of adhesive like chakra is released. The purpose of this is to "catch" the chakra of the aforementioned ninjutsus and bind it in place, preventing it from continuing it's actual effect. By doing this, the user both stops it as well as holds the chakra in place while the adhesive chakra quickly corrupts and eats the chakra within the jutsu, before rebounding it as a pure of raw chakra (travels at the speed of an average Wind jutsu), aiming to blast backwards in the direction it was released. Should the jutsu the user contained with this be of a defensive or supplementary nature, this jutsu will cause no damage to the target, instead it will negate it's usage.
Note: This is able to affect Ninjutsu of S rank and lower.
Note: This seal can be released up to 4 times per battle with a two turn break in usage.

Dojutsu: Rocky's unique Otsutsuki bloodline has allowed him to awaken the Byakugan from a young age. As a wielder of the Byakugan, Rocky had access to the standard abilities of the dōjutsu such as: a near 360° vision, x-ray vision, and the ability to see the chakra pathway system amongst other abilities. His Byakugan was apparently very pure in quality, as it allowed him to later in life manifest its heightened form. The Tenseigan allows the user to control attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. With the complete Tenseigan, the user is able to enter Tenseigan Chakra Mode, which grants the user enhanced physical capabilities (+40 damage to attacks), the ability to fly, as well as a number of Truth-Seeking Balls, comprised of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

( Doujutsu: Tenseigan ) - Eye Technique: Reincarnation Eye

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation. Once a user passes the test for Tonrei, ascending their Byakugan to the Tenseigan, it will be his default dojutsu.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities.

( Tenseigan Chakura Mōdo ) - Reincarnation Eye Chakra Mode

Description: Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. Upon activating this form the user gains a cyan-coloured chakra shroud with six magatama markings on his collar, dark markings over his eyebrows and lower eyelids, and a single horn shaped like Kaguya's extending from his forehead. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of chakra, and the user's clothing and hair continuously billow upwards. The user also gains access to six Truth-Seeking Balls, and can amplify their power by infusing them with chakra, turning them into glowing cyan orbs that can be used by shaping them into shields and dividing them into smaller orbs to launch high-speed barrage attacks and explosions. The user's strength is significantly increased adding +40 to his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. Their speed is greatly increased to the point in which he surpasses the Raikage while in his Lightning Release Armor.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, each use lasting 5 turns. After using, the user must wait at least 4 additional turns before using again.
Note: Can only be used by Advanced Toneri and Hamura Bios or Otsutsuki bios with Yin Yang and access to the Truth Seeking Balls.

( Tensei Suiryoku ) - Reincarnation Thrust

Description: The user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 60 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
The Second form is much more dangerous than the former. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Note: This technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.
Note: can only be used by Tenseigan Bios.

( Gudōdama ) - Truth-Seeking Ball

Description: Truth-Seeking Balls are spheres of malleable black chakra composed of all five nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release. Each is about the size of a fist and hides within the power to completely obliterate a forest. The Truth-Seeking Balls function as a technique that is always on standby once activated. The technique creates a fixed amount of orbs; no more and no less can be created. If they are somehow destroyed or otherwise not retrieved by the user, they become permanently lost. Once created the user can manipulate each of the individual balls at will. The balls can be shaped into a variety of forms, and the many natures comprising them can be combined to produce various effects. They are able to serve a variety of functions, such as forming shields and weapons, platforms, launching as high-speed projectiles, and rapidly expanding to produce massive explosions (mid-range in diameter). As the chakra comprising them is highly durable, the balls can serve as an effective defense, only taking damage from extremely powerful techniques exceeding Forbidden ranked in power and scale. Due to he nature of possessing Yin-Yang Release the truth-seeking balls have the ability to nullify any ninjutsu they come into contact with, making them impervious to ninjutsu techniques. Naruto's Truth-Seeking Balls are able to utilize his Six Paths Sage Chaka to effectively damage shadows in the invisible world of Limbo. Only senjutsu techniques have proven to be capable of harming the orbs. However, the user's ability to control the truth-seeking balls diminishes as it goes further from them and thus an effective way of combating them is to transport them away with some sort of Space Time or teleportation jutsu.
Note: Can only be used by bios that were shown using it.
Note: Acquisition of the Truth-Seeking Balls occurs through one possessing Six Paths Sage Mode or through becoming the Jinchuuriki of the Ten-Tails which grants them Six Paths Senjutsu.
Note: Tenseigan users who enter the Tenseigan Chakra Mode also acquire the orbs which are cyan green in color instead of black. Hamura is the only exception to the rule possessing the orbs without requiring his chakra mode to use the power.
Note: The negation effect of the orbs works on all forms of ninjutsu (elemental and non-elemental) but does not work on techniques that are enhanced with Senjutsu or natural energy.
Note: Wielders gain 6 orbs that can be used up to long range. Beyond mid-range, however, the user loses the ability to actively manipulate the orbs they can only call them back. However if the orbs go beyond 40 meters from the user they will be lost until the user comes within range to manipulate them again.
Note: Once activated the orbs will remain on standby until destroyed or the user dies. The user can only manipulate the balls for two turns before they are unable actively manipulate them for the same amount of time.

(Rikudō — Chibaku Tensei ) Six Paths - Planetary Devastation

Description: This is a stronger version of the parent technique Chibaku Tensei utilized by those who possess the Six Paths Yin and Yang powers. This technique was utilized originally by Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki to seal their mother Kaguya and create the moon. Through physical contact with the desired target the user(s) turns the target into a powerful gravitational core. The target will then be encased in earth and debris to crush and seal them like in the parent technique. The major differences between this version and the parent technique is that, instead of creating a black core, the target themselves become the core through physical contact. As well, this technique seals away the target's dojutsu and chakra, preventing them from manipulating their chakra for techniques. The technique can be used to either kill the opponent by physically crushing them or simply encasing them in a powerful and unbreakable cocoon of earth. This sealing technique is much more powerful than its parent both in size and potency. This technique can create an encasement that dwarfs the size of the versions used by Nagato, Sasuke and Madara. As well, once is successfully cast the target cannot break the technique through any means of their own. For the technique to be released, a third party Rinnegan user needs to summon the core (target) outside the encasement. The Gedo Mazo, which was the husk of Kaguya sealed within the moon was summoned by Madara and Nagato through the use of the Rinnegan. With the exception of Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki who transcended time and eventually came to possess both halves of the Six Paths Yin and Yang powers this is a collaboration technique that can only be used with people possessing the two powers.

Note: This technique can only be used once per battle by any party. In the case of Hagoromo and Sasuke, after using the technique they will be unable to use their Rinnegan or its abilities for 6 turns and will be unable to use any of the Deva Path techniques for the duration of the match. In the case of Hamura, his Tenseigan will deactivate for 6 turns and will be unable to use his gravitational techniques for the durration of the battle. Naruto will be knocked out of his Six Paths Sage Mode for a total of 6 turns.
Note: All users will be limited to using only A-rank techniques within the next turn.
