It's not the kind of book I would hope to be found reading, but it's doing its job at killing the boredom, at least.
It's beautifully written, to be honest, and I find it endearing and unique. The plot-twist was unimaginably startling, and I'm still, in this moment I'm constructing this post, shocked and beyond surprised by what has just happened. I thought this would be a jovial ride through an uneventful story, but this level of angst built up so skillfully, compensates for the great time spent on embellishing the romance, which I thought would have no hiccup along the way. But this is unexpectedly great, and a great turn of events, and for me, makes up for all the mundane, albeit attractive build up towards the focal point of the story-line.
