Tsunade was the only one in that match healthy i mean it's obvious Kishi had to weaken Oro & Jiraiya to tie that differense, such sannin fan should know it by now. Druged Jiraiya isn't the same as Oro without arms, Frog man could't use his whole body because of the drugs - Oro just his hands, just imagine yourself in this case and it's obvious what Jitaiya was in much worse condition.
In fair & square situation Jiraiya & Oro will always crush granny which he couldn't beat even weakened Oro. So i can't understand about what you are talking about.
