its been bugging my mind ever since orochimaru told sasuke to folow him to go see the one who knows it all. At first, tot it was tobi, but wit tobi being revealed as obito, i doubt it cos he got most of his knowledge from madara. so can madara be the person who knows it all, but wondering how orochimaru cud ve met madara. so again i discarded the theory of it being madara. fanbase, any ideas on who this person might be?
