not to mention kabuto is a Uchiha's worst nightmare with his counter's for the sharingan

You must be reading the wrong Manga bro... All I remember was Naruto beating the 5 paths, and then get fodderized by the Deva path after he received his power back, and being saved by the Kyuubi...You might also of course be referring to the incident when Nagato fodderized Naruto and Bee, where they got saved by Itachi, but IDK man...

You shouldn't base a top list on a>b>c logic but if you are going to, get it right. The 2 things that stand out on this logic is Kabuto under Sasuke and Itachi, and 3rd Raikage under Muu and the 2nd Mizukage when it was clear he would kill them both.

Also, Kabuto has shown before that he outclassess Sasuke and Itachi, they were 2 on 1 and were still having trouble
