Best dojutsu for real life

Definitely the Rinnegan. It just offers more:

1. Control over life and death,
2. Control over other people's bodies (and not just dead ones either),
3. Absorb chakra,
4. Shared vision amongst controlled bodies,
5. Summoning, and
6. Can turn body parts into mechanical instruments/weapons.

There are other things, but those just seem petty compared to the abilities listed.

The Sharingan would be second, because it offers the most powerful genjutsu, enhanced perception, and various other abilities. At higher levels, the Sharingan seems to grant a limited version of Byakugan abilities. Sasuke demonstrated this during his fight with Deidara. The real downside, however, is that the abilities vary based on the user's eyes. This could leave you with a pretty useless Sharingan. Afterall, all of the unique abilities shown in the series thus far are considered rare and exceptional. The only techniques said to have been widely used throughout the Uchiha are the two Kinjutsu that lead to blindness.

The Byakugan really doesn't offer anything in particular that I would find useful. The Byakugan seems to be primarily useful in Taijutsu and search/reconnaissance. However, since I probably will never be able to release precise amounts of chakra from my hands, the taijutsu aspect seems useless. I also don't usually need to look for things over large areas. Plus, you would likely see things that you really would never want to see anyways. And finally, the real reason why I think the Byakugan is kind of useless is that both the Rinnegan and Sharingan have been used to see chakra networks, which indicates that both of the other Dojutsu have similar abilities to the Byakugan. Granted that Sasuke and Pain used their abilities at extremely close ranges, but the other Dojutsu offer way more than the Byakugan.
