From what we've seen* Gaara and Kakuzu would smoke Hiruzen. Hiruzen would have a better shot against Kakuzu however.

If you adding his hype into the mix some of your list in questionable.

Strongest of the hokage
Old hiruzen being the strongest of the 5kage Up to his death (depending on who the kages were at that point in time).

Old Hiruzen was stated to be equal to Oro, I would say Oro and jiraiya (excluding edo tensei) are around equal.

Also his Feats os 5Tai/Gen and Nin and mastering all known leaf Jutsu's (Fire/Earth/Wind (maybe)/water (maybe), These Popular elements in the leaf.
Also having over 1000 Genjutsu's.

I'm not saying your list is wrong, Some are just questionable when you had his hype.

Well, there is no denying that Hiruzen with only displayed skills is trash compared to really strong guys. Most of Akatsuki could take him out fairly easily.
