No other Hokage has been given the title "God of Shinobi" I believe that Hiruzen in his prime is the most powerful.

Probably equal to hashi in his prime, I don't think any hokage's gone stronger though.

Minato, number 1 Hokage for me cos of his feats and achievement at such a young age; he saved his village from kurama from Obito, defeated him and freeing kyuubi from his control is by no means easy!!! Especially considering his situation
Imagine had he lived from that kyuubi incident! Man, he would have atleast mastered Sage Mode like Jiraiya

Hashirama took EMS madara and Kyuubi. Minato took an adolescent Obito who had about 1.5 years of training.

For all we know, Tobirama could be really powerful, best suiton user ever, ST jutsu and Edo Tensei. Kishi just needs to reveal more of his powers and history.

I'd probably put Hiruzen at top since he beat the other 2 xD but people somehow wont accept that as valid evidence, but those people are fools U_U can be proven in other ways anyway..

Also when you say weakest to strongest hokage, I suppose you mean in terms of strength alone, if you take how well they did as a hokage the list would be different:

1. Hiru (hokage over 3 wars, trained the 3 sanin, etc...)
2. Hashi (founded konoha)
3. Tsunade / Minato / Tobirama
can't really list the final 3, since they all sat as kage for a short time so far. Tobirama became hokage during war, and died during the same war, but he managed to do a lot for Konoha (academy, konoha police force, etc.) even during difficult war time. So guess he takes it. Dno about the 2 others...

2. Hashirama Senju has moukoton, great speed, strength, and knowledge of jutsus
3. Hiruzen Sautobi knows a shit load of jutsu, prime hiruzen was said to be able to beat orochimaru
4. Tobirama Senju we don't know anything about him, but if he was the right hand man of Hashi and right behind Hashi between all the senju's who could have instead (uchiha vs senju war), then he must have be strong
5. Tsunade Senju can't really be considered a fighter since she is a medical ninja, but has supernatural strength, probably stronger than anyone in the whole series

He was getting owned and had to use the shinigami seal + they were not using their powers fully. Madara explained how his fights with Hashirama altered the landscapes and just Hashi being equal to Madara speaks for itself.
Some explain this with "powerscaling" but I don't like that idea at all.

Well... Minato has a S/T jutsu that allows him to teleport to a special seal he places on things. He places them on his Kunai and he also uses rasengan. Tobirama has a S/T we don't know much of and is known as the greatest water style user. If I had to guess his S/T it is teleport to water. Minato spreads out his kunai to teleport to this would get countered by Tobirama creating water to drown the tools or push them away. So now Tobirama would have field advantage(water) and could teleport anywhere there is water.(assuming) His water techs would be deadly and he other unknown attacks let alone edo tensei. I feel like Tobirama has the advantage no matter how you look at it, how does he not?

This isn't hype mostly though. His hype is being the greatest water user but it doesn't say alot. Everyone in Naruto talks about how great Minato was, how he was the fastest alive and how you should run if you see him, which is why he feels like one of the most hyped characters to me. Hashirama from the same age has received alot of hype while Tobirama has nothing. It's still obvious he was very strong but there just isn't much we know atm.
