The Susanoo in the databook is clearly only referring to itachis susanoo, and itachis susanoo only

It even says caster: Itachi Uchiha right below the title of susanoo
It also states the yata mirror and the sword powers,why?
Because its itachis susanoo
Kishi is clearly not talking about the other susanoos based on his databook referring to a susanoo with yata mirror equipped, etc.

Therefore the susanoo in general does not need tsukuyomi and amaterasu to be acquired, that was just itachis
