I think Minato would beat him.

Itachi may be physically stronger and as far as we know has a wider array of jutsu to use, but that doesn't = win.
Minato grew up in the leaf village, he knew about the Uchiha he wouldn't be looking in to Itachi's eyes ever. He also doesn't drag fights out he would go for the kill right away, Itachi is a pacifist.

I also think that Deidara would have beaten him either with C4 Karura or by self destructing if that counts as a win.
Itachi doesn't have the benefit of a lightning nature jutsu were he to inhale any C4 bombs he'd be finished.

minato can beat him and everybody on ur list in a 1 0n 1 even if the end result was him using death reaper seal and it being considered a draw. who on ur list have jutsu that are fast enough to touch minato? who on ur list can survive being marked and hit instantaneously with a barrage of rasengan from different angles? maybe EDO madara but even he cant survive the death reaper seal. no1 can but oro due to remaining curse marks in the world. but he also would be raped without even needing the reaper. and btw madaras only badass due to edo and a major power boost. imagine edo minato with unlimited chakra. who can seal some1 u cant evn touch? those flee on sight orders were given to minatos enemies for a reason remember that. hes untouchable thus unbeatable. only POSSIBILITY is genjutsu.
