agreed, but i think that the shinrai tensei that big frogs were hit with was considerably larger than those naruto faced. i would imagine that shinrai tensei bunta was hit with was a scaled down version of what destroyed the village still considerably more devestating that what naruto experienced

OK, so you think it will only appear after Sasuke, and that Sasuke will arrive in Konoha once Naruto vs Pain is over, right?

I think that in that scenario, Hawk and the Raikage's team that was heading to Konoha will appear at the same time, wonder if they will fight each other.

Someone (sorry, forgot to check whom) has suggested that Kishi has made Pain destroy Konoha so that Naruto can unleash the kyubbi without being guilty, I really think that's a possibility.



Did not think about it, but you're right, Zetzu is probably watching as, as far I as remember, he was NOT in the ceremony in which Madara tried to unleash the fake 8-tails. So he is not at the Akatsuki's hideout.

And I also agree it is more possible for the gift to be something against Sasuke.

I don't think Sasuke believes to be God, though. He just believes to be the best of men but still with a god above him.

but precisely i mean that u know when madara showed his sharingan to sasuke his amataresu automatically triggered without sasukes knowledge just like that if naruto has to face sharingan may be the power given by itachi triggers, and itachi clearly gave this power keeping in mind that sasuke attacks konoha.

Let's assume Sasuke appears and he tries to unleash the kyubbi (for whatever reason: either to help Naruto or to get the kyubbi for himself). Then, Itachi's mysterious gift to Naruto would be initiated! Could this gift, which is meant at preventing Sasuke to destroy Konoha, work against Pain?

Please tell me, what do you members of the forum think?

1 - It could work against Pain, but Sasuke need to appear.

2 - It could work against Pain and will be launched alone because of the Rinnengan without Sasuke's intervention.

3 - Another option.

I think Kishi needs to focus on the character who are already in the battle arena.

I said in last prediction thread that Kakashi was probably in coma and not dead. Despite the title this time I still beleve that. I hope KOnoha recovers its stolen goods soon enough. But, Kishi kind of left him visiting his father- he need to give it a closer either way.

Shikamru and team are trying to get a conclusion- I think they have been collecting information for too long and Shikamaru and INochi's abilities are bullshit ,if they couldn't come up with something. Kishi gave them too much footage not to use them to some extent finally.

Then there are Nagato and Konan who need to be dealt with - preferably by Naruto and maybe Tsunade to some extent. It is kind of personal for them- student, teammate and fellow sanin.

Sasuke is just an added bagaage at the moment .

I understand that we are all curious to find out what power Itachi gave to Naruto. But , it will not come out till Naruto and Sasuke face each other and I think that will be one on one fight with no third party actiively involved when it happens.

Personally I think the 4th sealed the white fang chakra into kakashi, and he is changing him somehow.

I also think naruto will go into fox mode and then summon the last bushin to assert control over the kyubi.

He will then find out his dad is #1 bad guy. but will naruto be able to kill his own father?

No, Itachi went to warn them not to kill Sasuke as he was alive and would take care of it after the Third died.

Sasuke was Itachi's concern, not Madara.

The elders seem to like Danzou more than Tsunade.

That's just what I said, both Sasuke and the Raikage's team are heading to Konoha and will find it destroyed. Only difference is that I think they will end up clashing with each other. And in case Naruto is still there and has get rid of Pain, he will try to help Sasuke.

He'll probably just tell him that those who do not undergo pain cannot understand it, so they don't care about people who are suffering wars, and that he's bringing pain to the world in order to achieve peace.

Alright, lets get down to it.
First of all, I would classify this maga chapter as "filler" even with fukusaku's death.
I hate to admit it, but Kakashi is not dead. More on this later.
Pa toad is dead. Every single character that wehave seen bleeding from the mouth has died. Jiraya, Hungry Ghost, and now Pa.
Pa had to die because Kakashi is going to live. Someone had to die, and I bet Kishi was thinking killing Pa would have enough, but not too much, effect on the reader.
Pa toad is not alive because the genjutsu is in effect. Sorry, but if he had time to activate the genjutsu Then Naruto wouldn't be where he is.
Please, don't complain about what Kishimoto is doing. This isn't your manga, and right now he knows what he's doing.
Seems like Obese Pain going frog was right. I can admit when I am wrong. Looks like Pein didn't know much about sage mode.
Kyuubi is not going to come out. Think about it for a moment: Naruto's going to go Kyuubi NOW because Pa was killed? Not because Kakashi is gone, but because of Pa... I have to label this as "doubtful."
I think a lot of the people posting right now need to do themseves a favor and read the last two threads of manga prediction. A lot of these theories have been posted, and discussed, but it seems like a handful of you lack any knowledge about the preceding.

A few things I have ntoiced about this manga:
In the opening page it says Pein "stole" Kakashi. When Naruto says that at least there is only one Pein left, Pein says "not exacty." Could Pein be planning to use Kakashi's body? Are some of the other Peins still functional? Or is Pein simply reffering to Nagato?
Im quite dissapointed with Pein as a character at the moment. You have Naruto vulnerable and yet you're going to sit and 'chit chat' instead of taking off? J-Man beat me to this annoyance, but it really is getting on my nerves now. Pein has seemed gimped ever since he destroyed Konoha and NOW he's na?ve as well?
Could the sword Pein weilds be one of the Legendary Swords? If so, do you think that the original user of the Rinnegan weilded it?
The elders do not Like Danzou more than they Like Tsunande, otherwise the would not have let Jiraya go and get her. Originally Jiraya was asked to be Hokage, but he turned the position down.
Sauske will NOT appear in this battle, please stop saying he will. What would the point be? Ahh, Pein, how nice of you to have captured the Kyuubi. Im going to steal him for my master, Madara, who is a part of your organization and would just as easily had the same level of access if I weren't confronting you right now.
A for the clod shinobi joining the ray, this is doubtful as well. I think we wouldve een them notice a smolderng Konoha if the were anywhere near it.
Did team Guy notice a smoke cloud, or did Guy just have a bad feeling? I doubt we will see them interfere at any rate. It would have been just as easy for them to be in the village with the other Shinobi. I think Kishi has special plans for Guys team.
I don't think that Sage Mode Kage Bushin have any more durability than Non Sage Mode Kage Bushin. That being said, with Naruto being in his current prediciment I don't think we will see the summon of the last Kage Bushin any time soon. Surely Pein would just Shinra Tensei it into a cloud of smoke.

As for the next chapter: I think its pretty clear what we are going to see, a whole lot of speech bubbles.

-Inoichi is going to explain his theory on Pein. We may even see Shikamaru and his father Shikaku begin to formulate a plan with the available Shinobi. Remember, Katsuy can relay this plan to any Shinobi he/she/it is attached too, so anyone who is not injured to badly to fight will probarbly be included.
-Pein is going to do a awful lot of talking. Were probarbly going to learn some more background on Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan. We may even hear a bit more about Akatsuki and it's goals.
- We MIGHT return to the campside fire with Kakashi and his father, the White Fang of Konoha.
- We might see Konan returning to Nagato's side, and we might see her talking to him.

That all being said, while many of us may gripe about this lull in the fighting, I think it may very well be sorely needed to catch up on, or wrap up, some other sideline stories, such as Kakashi, Team Guy, Team Raikage, Peins Secret, Peins Past, Akatsuki, etc.,

If we do see Sauske it will be an Akatsuki member informing him he has failed in his task to capture the eight tails, and he better hurry up and do it before Pein returns with the Kyuubi. It might even be Madara himself saying this.

Right now, Naruto is in NO danger of dying, so I don't think we'll see Kyuubis furry red head at this junction. I have come to believe that Naruto is going to save Kyuubi as an ABSOLUTE, if I don't use him I or someone I love is going to die, LAST RESORT.

J-Man, did you get a chance to see my post linkin the Tengu theory in the last thread? Did you read it?

I think Pa frog is dead because Pain impaled him and flung him like a toy. Unless Pa frog knows something like Tsunade's forehead mark then there is no hope. The only hope for now is to find the secret to Pains chakra receivers.

Does anyone happen to know any thing about the chakra receivers?
Well, in the rain/Pain's village every house has an antenna. Maybe they have to find an antenna?

First of all, thank you for reading my entire post. I was longer than I expected. I will give you the same courtesy you have shown me.

1. This is possible, but it doesn't seem like that is what he was reffering to. To me it seemed more of a "you only THINK I'm the only one left" kind of a comment.

2. Yes, I have alwas hated when evil villans do this. Even those considered to be intellegent will tip their hands, as we have seen with Itachi and I am sure we'll see this with Madara as well. We also saw Sauske do this. Annoying.

3. Yes, he is headingto Konoha, but we don't know when Pein left vs when Team Hawk left. If there was only a few hours difference, we could see Sauske soon. My point, which forgive me I did not make this clear, was that the whole Sauske Saves Naruto Theory, in my opinion, is extremely flawed. It doesn't make any sense, any way you look at it.

You are correct, Madar is pulling Akatsuki's strins, but everyone in Akatsuki, save for Kisame, thinks that Pein is the leader It is unclear which way Sauske thinks. The point remains though, I think Sauske would help Pein before helping Naruto. I would think this to be even more true if Sauske KNOWS Madara is really controlling Akatsuki.

4. That would be a rehash of old news and I would have to strongly reprimand Kishimoto if he wasted a chapter on that. Although it is plausable, sadly.

5. I don't think Madara has to be theone to tell Sauske about his failure, I just think its probable. And right now, unless someone can prove otherwise, we don't know where Sauske is in relation to Konoha.

I think Pein left to capture Kyuubi either just after, or at the same time, Sauske left to capture the eight tails. Anyone have more info on the timeline?
