These zombies run quickly but there heads spin out of control until it falls off.
Hit in the gut and slap its head far away. It's head explodes.

Hyper zombie
These zombies are newly turned zombies has human intelligence and human speed only difference to average human is pale gray skin.

Boom crazy
This zombie runs up towards you and blows up sending the virus all over if it touches you you become infected [ / SPOILER]
