The king of hell tech is only visible to the ones it is being used against right?so how did itachi blind it when it wasnt used against him?i really wanna know.

Ive always thought about this because only those that are held by nagato/naraka path can see it. Only answer is that the sharingan allows this and that is a reasonable answer if you look at the abilities of the sharingan
