For the raikage who is already in v2 raiton armor to have to use a body flicker tech to evade amaterasu says something about its speed but again both amaterasu and susanoo arrow are incredibly fast and require great reflexes and speed to evade till the manga tells us one is faster then the other we cant assume that one is faster then the other....

Body flicker does not make you faster, it makes you seem as if you had disappeared and the reappeared when really, you just moved really really fast.

As I said, A was at point black range when Sasuke Used that Amaterasu.

yes it makes you faster it uses your chakra to enhance your body to move at extreme speeds.

Saying it's not insanely fast because he didn't do it is simply ignorant/foolish. Why didn't Naruto summon Gamabunta against Sasuke in part 1? Why didn't Pain use chibaku tensei to capture Naruto right away? Why didn't Kakashi use kamui on Sasuke? It's not hard to get the picture. Just because someone doesn't do something doesn't mean it won't work.

And there's also the fact that plot is involved and had Sasuke used amaterasu on Kakashi it would've killed him and Kakashi's clearly not meant to die(at least not right now).
