Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake -> Upside down Tiger -> Hands clapped together and running up a cliff face, the user causes stone and rock above him to become dislodged and rain down past him onto his opponents below by releasing a wave of electrical energy. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work

-Walks you over to a cliff-

Focus chakra into your feet, and run up the cliff. Peform the required hand seals, and keep your hands clapped together. Use small bursts of raiton chakra to dislodge stones and rock from above to fall down past you, onto my clone at the bottom.

-Creates clone-

Focuses chakra into my feet as i start running up the cliff. puts my hands together and form the following hand seals > Snake -> Upside down Tiger. as i finish the hand seals, i clap my hands together. while i am running upwards, i use releases small burst of raiton chakra and turn it into lightning to dislodge stones and rock from above. the stones and rocks fall past me onto your clone at the bottom of the cliff*

Adv: heavy stones and rocks will fall down on the enemy like an Avalanche.

Just a general statement.

Well first you have to have your chakra in the sky to create the lightning bolts, which takes time. And of course, your opponent can see you sending the electrical essence upwards, which will alert them to your actions.

*I claps my hand togather to create a water vortex infront of me using my suiton chakra. as i direct it forward i focuses on my riton chakra and releases a wave of electricity on the water from my hand as i transform the chakra into lightning so quickly that it seems i used both of them at rhe same time. i direct the electrocute vortex at your clone. *

Adv: can be combiled with water techs. it increases the power of lightning jutsu and range. thais is a very quick jutsu.

Dis: without water the jutsu's power is being decreased .

Adv: any nuumber od opponent will get a lightning shock if they are standing on the field of water ..

Dis: first have to use a water tech to create a field of water which makes the jutsu a lot slower...
