What's stopping Tobi from waiting 5 minutes (intangibility) for Naruto's BM to end and then kicking his ass with Gedo Mazo or the Rinnegan + S/T techs?

its hard to hurt him but not impossible. he can use hashi's substitution jutsu which tobi can't see through. and madara has multiple clones if tobi tries to attack a clone can counter attack, or use amaterasu(which according to the databook madara has).

We can't really definitely use the clone thing because Tobi was never there in Madara's time to determine whether he'd be able to see through Mokuton Clones. Also it'd still be hard to hurt him seeing that Tobi has reflexes on par with Minato's (both reacted to a point-blank V2 A) and that he now has shared vision (paths), Shinra Tensei, and the Preta Path.

Tobi has Rinnegan = Madara has two.
Tobi has S/T = Madara has an impenetrable Giant Perfect Susano'o.

What kind of logic is that? Tobi Fanboy.

Two Rinnegans have no known advantage over one, as of now. Tobi can warp into Susanoo. And if Madara's Susanoo is "comparable to one Bijuu," 6 TBBs should be able to shatter it. It isn't impenetrable or else he would've beat Hashirama.

mokuton supresses them tho making it easier to take conrtol over them. tho tobi has bijus madara has mokuton to counter them with.

Tobi can always drag them back into Gedo Mazo if they're suppressed. But we've seen that suppressing isn't some sort of instant unbeatable deal, or else Madara would've had his ass whooped by Hashirama and Kisame wouldn't have been able to break out of Yamato's Mokuton.

On top of that, Madara can't override Tobi's control with his Sharingan because Tobi has Sharingan and Rinnegan control over the Bijuus on top of them being binded to Gedo Mazo (which Tobi is in control of through feats).

seeing how tobi got scared when he seen madara i'd say madara also because
-he feared kabuto slightly
-he feared itachi since he was a teen, and not proof it can be further inferred because he started his war as soon as itachi died.
-Madara is even stronger than itachi,
-So far everything we've thought madara had that would be negligible was example:
a)no genjutsu( caught super fast A in it)
b) was being controlled by kabuto ( knew how to RELEASE forbidden jutsu)
c) only had EMS (comes out with rinnegan)
d) susanoo could be pierced by tsunade's power ( breaks out perfect susanoo)
basically he would know how to deal with tobi, seeing how he's an uchiha and madara is the ALPHA UCHIHA

Tobi wasn't scared of Kabuto and/or Edo Madara. He was shocked that Kabuto knew the secret he'd been hiding.

And using that logic, Tobi > Edo Madara and Kabuto's entire Edo Army simply because Kabuto backed down and decided to comply to Tobi's wishes.

Tobi is so powerfull, he showed only few of his abilities whereas Madara already showed almost everything and even as edo it's not enough to beat Tobi.

That's true. Kishi's obviously setting Tobi up to be the final villain, and thus probably the strongest (though he can take Madara right now possibly).

Well it's true that Edo Madara is as powerful as hell, I still believe that current Tobi will have the upper hand should they face each other in a fight.

No matter how powerful Madara had become, if he can't hit Tobi it will all going to be useless. For a S/T user such as Tobi, speed, perfect timing & analytical abilities are necessary to defeat him. Besides, I'm even more impress with Tobi's performance as he is battling with the 2 perfect jinchuriki's, Guy & Kakashi than Edo-Madara facing the 5 Kages.

I don't think Tobi has any Long ranged attacks that can be used on Madara. He cannot get close enough.

Every jutsu has a weakness just like your title says. Pretty sure 6 tailed beast bombs would give Madara a huge amount of trouble but Madara can summon meteors to defeat them and Gedo Mazo.

Tobi can go intangible for meteors and de-summon Gedo Mazo. Though I don't see why Gedo Mazo and 6 Bijuus (TBB) won't be able to stop meteors if Onoki and Gaara did.

Totally agree.

I think Madara might be stronger than Tobi, since we've seen alot more prowess from Madara so far.
However, that might change if Tobi shows us what other jutsu he has up his sleeve.

S/P Mastery beyond any character we have seen (most likely due to an EMS tech)

Tailed beast fire power in his possession


Must we argue over who is stronger? IMO space time mastery is one of the most OP features to have in NU, but others would disagree.

The only important thing is if these two fight you better get out of the way.

I do believe Tobi is more powerful than madara and yes it is because of S/T techs.
