They have to get him into the position to seal him first, which is unlikely so until them that isn't important, the most important thing is staying alive which Tsunade has contributed the most to.

gaara's weakness is superspeed, the raikage would crush him. i do think he is second though. gaara never gets any respect, especially not from kishi. imo, he is very powerful.

Don't agree at all. Actually, he's the 4th strongest Kage at the moment. Onoki is more versatile, has OP jutsus, can fly and has way more experience. Raikage would be Gaara's worse nightmare. Second fastest char. of the series behind Naruto, extremely powerful, huge chakra reserves, has way more experience and his lightning armor/techniques would overwelme Gaara. Now, for Tsunade. I do believe that she is better then him but one day, he will surpass her. She's a freak of nature lol. Monster taijutsu, insane physical strength, huge chakra reserve, a dangerous summon (great for offense and defense), way more experience and the best of all, she's really hard to kill. Mei, is a powerful ninjas and deserves to be a Kage but she doesn't have the speed require to dodge Gaara's attacks. Also, her stamina ans strength looked to be average. Mei is more versatile then Gaara and her techniques are more deadly also (lava release, boil release). Plus her water techniques are extremely powerful which would cause problems. Lets not forget that they are all more versatile then Gaara.

Your underrating gaara its already have been proven gaara sand could keep up with A's attacks he could hold him off or fly make a sand tsunami and burry him same with tsunade there close combat and both have no way of hitting gaara if he takes flight

Show me the page, then I will believe you. Gaara cannot keep up with A's speed. The only moment was when the Raikage tried to finish Sasuke with a leg drop at the Kage Summit and Gaara interfered between them. If your refering to this part, then it doesn't mean that he can keep up. Your overestimating Gaara and do you really think that Kage level fighters are going to get burried that easily without resisting/make a conter. The 3rd Raikage and the 2nd Mizukage were caught but they escape. A and tsunade are way more versatile then Gaara (who only uses sand, weak in taijutsu, has less experience, average speed and his chakra reserve isn't higher). Getting caught in his sand does not equal instant defeat or else, he would be nearly unstoppable.

tsunade currently has a 4 in chakra SRA gaara had a 5,gaara has had his sand armour (which takes a large chakra supply to remain active) for the entire war,tsunade hasent kept her immortalite tech for half that long even with all that chakra stored up in her yin seal. V2 raikage needed shushin to dodge 1 amateratsu attack,gaara blocked three without much effort,gaara has a three in speed and so does tsunade,gaara helped stop that meteor as well as block yasa magatama,onoki used tsunade's chakra to destroy those clones BTW.Saved onoki from mizukage twice,saved his entire division from joki boy,saved mei from madara,was the reason onoki had a change of heart in the first place.Not to mentuon being trolled by kishi(shukaku never came out after gaara was knocked out,never talked and never even offered gaara it chakra at all and how can a jin. Transformation make u go to the top of it's head and sleep?????,gaara' dad claimed gaara was controlling the shukaku when he attacked them,but in his fight against naruto,he never displayed such power and gaara' dad died long b4 gaara used shukaku against naruto so hw was talking about kid gaara).and who is going to seal madara anyway?????
