I'll say the same thing I say to all people who think Kisame can take nearly anyone:
We do not know the rate or capacity of Kisame's chakra absorbing abilities with or without Samehada. Given that there are likely limits, an opponent with enough chakra can retaliate before Kisame neutralizes them. He is not the end all be all.

And no CT is not rocks it's a ball that pulls in everything, depending on how much chakra Nagato puts into CT is how strong it gets.

The only thing that poses a problem in the Nagato vs Kisame is Nagatos absorbing abilities and CT which could be neutralized. Theoretically speaking.
