Minato actually had no idea what effect would the kunai had on the armor and his intention was not to kill plus even if minato stabed killer bee he has hachibi which heals the jinjuriky

The 3rd raikage was a man able to go face to face with a bijuu. Madara stated that his PERFECT susano was comparable to bijuu. so any teer below perfect is below 3rd raikage. ALSO, from Hype alone he is better than the other two susano.

Dude your comparing the 3rd with A and really from what we have seen and read is the 3rd is stronger but more importantly alot smarter and wiser when it comes to battle. From the abilities of the third not A alot of the stuff that happened with Sasuke and A wouldnt have happened. A was taunting and showing off with Sasuke and fighting without much commen sense. The third would fight alot better tactically and with no remorse. If Sasuke fought the Third he would have died not simply lost. And another thing A needed a parter for the double lariat with B suggesting at some point he did need a partner.
