minato becuase he wasnt even in his prime...and probaly would've been able to develope rasenshuriken, think about it, he could use rasengan by himself when naruto need a clone, so minato would probaly just need one clone to provide the nature transformation then wha la he does it, and im sure he wouldve got sage mode.
obito becuase, think about kamui and how kakashi can only use twice and getting knocked out, this is bebcuase he's not a uchia, if obito got ms or ems (big IF, but hes still a kid so he can still do alot of things) then he would able to do kamui atleast 2 times without breaking a sweat.

I would say all of the kages. They are supposed to be the best of the best, yet it seems like we never really see them at they best. We have seen a lot of Gaara, and know how great he is. Seen some of oknoki but I'd like to see more. As for Mei, Tsunade, and A, it seems like we are seeing nothing over the top..

If sasuke hadn't killed Oro and he was successful in taking sasukes sharingan he would of been a beast. Think of if he unlocked MS. He could then go fight itachi, and i think Oro with MS would beat itachi, because oro was already a beast without a sharingan but with it he would actually have a chance of winning. Oro takes itachi's eyes.... EMS OROCHIMARU! Also there's a possibility he'd be able to acquire sage mode if he stayed alive, since kabuto successfully did so and no doubt he was just continuing oro's quest. Think of it SM EMS oro lmao. Ridiculous, but that was kind of oro's master plan

IMO, Kakashi got MS by divining its secrets with his copy-sharingan when Itachi tsukuyomied him.

Obito is probably the correct answer, and Haku. I disagree with the people listing Kimimaro, I think he was near his power-ceiling by the time he died - he probably had every bone growing jutsu he could think of and execute. Tayuya could have gotten a lot better - sound genjutsu is inherently hard to counter, and she could have been wielding it much more effectively.

I think you are underestimating how powerful Obito could be by that time, and what he would have chosen. He would have been in his 20's, and being that he was a chunin at 13 w/o sharingan, then activated 2 tomo from nothing shows a high potential. It isn't unlikely that he would obtain MS, and with Kamui and most likely another unknown ability, he wouldn't be an easy opponent for Itachi. That is if he decided to act with his family, and being that he was more Naruto-like than any of the other Uchihas shown, he very well may have sided with the village. But he would definitely not be fodder.
