Best(NOT STRONGEST) Villain

when it was just the beggining chapters, where itachi made kakashi look weak, and pwned sasuke, and then when oro has his flashbacks to when itachi whooped his ass...

in that time frame Itachi was IMO the best villian.

after the sasuke vs itachi fight though it became Tobi (who i thought was madara at the time....)

but now seeing as though madara is edo and clearly tobi is not him, madara is the greatest villian.

I'd say Tobi. He is very mysterious and him turning from a goofy guy to a main antagonist in the series was just something unpredictable.

About him and his identity are a lot of debates and there are multiple plausible stories concerning him. He is a controversial being, you may like or dislike him, but you sure know about him.

His way of talking to others is also something that I appreciate at him. Even in the most critical situations he keeps his calm and ironic, with a way of expressing superiority, way of talking and acting.

Much more can be said about him but I do not want to be a "tl;dr" reply.

im sorry but being mysterious is not enough to make someone the best evil character in my eyes...
part 1 it was a close call between oro and itachi. Anyone who wasn't Itachi was scared of him, and kakashi (at that time, one of the most skilled ninjas we all knew of) got taken down by itachi almost effortlessly. and then later on orochimaru has his flashback of itachi and he was so envious of him. up until it was revealed that he was a good guy itachi held the number 1 spot for me. Now in the comming chapters if madara doesnt disappear with the other edo's he is going to be much much more than tobi.

okay oro was a creepy guy with a sick mind... truly a good villain and very strong, yet he was effortlessly brought down by itachi, then sasuke vs itachi fight sasuke thought itachi was trying to take the eyes out of his head....

sorry itachi for many reasons other than power, is a better villian.
