A lot of people been talking about this and I have a few ideas,

so here is Tobi

has anyone noticed the bandages on his forhead? I believe he is hiding something

I think he is hiding the Sages Eldest sons eye

maybe he stumbled upon one of his eyes or it was given to him or what ever, but this is my theory,

I just gotta say that its a little far fetched, its more likely to be a byakugan....or nothing lol. But unlikely to be the first borns eye, i mean im not sure but i think the Sage died a loooooooooong time ago so the son would barely be bones anymore.

Still would be interesting to see if there is something, i mean why have a hole in your helmet for nothing? lol

meh like i said on the other thread that exactly the same as this like 2 days ago (or yesturday)

if the show can make any sense anymore than no he cant have a third eye on hid forehead because in a normal body you do not posses a third nerve connected from your brain to your forehead and into the so called third eye that sits there, and if you get a third eye nerve you need a very accurate surgery which i doupt he can do alone to connect it from his brain to his forehead. in other words if he place an eye there it wont be functional.

and lets say by a miracle and some bullshit stuff for the plot's sake he did that, i'd think its useless maybe, most likey hes hidng the other rinnegan he has from nagato XD.

but overall i thought about this thread LOOOOOOOOOOONG ago and the answer is still (and hopfully true) NO.

FYI there is NO THIRD HOLE in his helmut. The third top eye is painted, not an actual eye spot cut out. It's there to resemble the 3 Tomoe of a sharigan. But in general I actually do think he has a 3rd eye, just not the elder's son eye. A Byakugan was my theory, that you need all 3 eyes to control the Juubi again or something like that. Who knows?

i dont recall him having a sharingan on his forehead only in his other eye socket and if your reffering to his hand then the eyes are just placed there and cannot be used to see, there only goal was to spam izanagi.

Personally i think the elder son's eye was just a mutation of the rinnegan caused by mixing sage's eyes + juubi's so it made that spiral rinnegan which made the bykugan and the sharingan...the byakugan being the sages eyes and the sharingan being the juubi's and i think he unlocked an eye that exceeded the rinnegan and had the strongest eyes to history. ...person thought
