Personality: Staarkk is very intellectual and keeps mostly to himself, he doesn't really socialize with anybody, only his superiors. He once was very outgoing but not until his brother died. He is gloomy and always seems to be day dreaming. When on missions he is dedicated and hard working. When he was a child, Staarkk was very kind, loving towards his parents and older brother.
Appearance: Staarkk wears the standard Uchiha short sleeved shirt and a blue Leaf headband. He also has a kunai holder on his right leg and a pouch on his back side. He has black onyx eyes, he has yet to awaken his sharingan. He also has an Uchiha symbol on the back of his shirt. Standard black foot wear of a shinobi.
Abilities: Staark seems to be a beginner in all elements he has yet to master any techniques and only has Fire, Water and Earth. He has yet to awaken his sharingan and is looking for a trainer at the moment. He has the basic jutsus as you can see above, under Jutsu.
