Hmmm good question. But I'm sure it can, but then all Itachi has to do is deactivate Susano'o, then reactivate it so the Yata Mirror will come back instantly

That's funny, because I think WE SAW TOBI COUNTER IT EASILY with another dimensional jutsu. The databook is wrong.
