Hmm, Kakazu will lose. If Naruto took 2 hearts with one Rasenshuriken than Killer Bee could smash probably more hearts with one hit. Besides Kakazu isn't fast at taijutsu and i can see Bee overwhelming him. Even if Kakazu can take Base Bee down. Killer Bee has his tail form to resort. Besides it's just to OP and since Bee has the TBB and Eight Twist it will be easier for him.

If a low life ninja like suigetsu who is plain water can take a full powerd TBB right on the face and dose not eveporate by the heat (i think kishi trolled bee when he did that) (just because he was in the lake dose not mean he can absorb all the water from the lake since it is stated in the manga that it need's chakra to maintain that form),

Than i don't see the reason for kakuzu to loose all five heart's in one attack, also kakuzu's heart can move to any distence on there own, and TBB can only attack in a single direction hence

leaving him open for multiple (Namly 4 different high lvl elimentle attack) from four different side at the same time,i don't think he will be able to use that, and if it come's to physical attack,Kakuzu
took on a fully transformed yugito's paw(two tails) right on top of his head and survived,

since he can actually harden his body ten fold by using earth eliment (i mean against 8 tails strength not bee's since he can use lightning to rip him), and kakuzu can hide in ground using earth style or make water clone hiding himself in the water (though it is shown in anime) but there is nothing to proove that he can not use all five eliment's.

I say it could go either way depending on situation but still kakuzu has more chances of winning then bee.
