I switched Sasuke and Itachi, and Moved Hiruzen under Oro. I think that scaled Oro would have still killed prime Hiruzen, but IDK

I think current Naruto is above EMS Madara, and Itachi is still above Sasuke, but that's just me. Everything else is pretty believable.

personally, i think minato should be higher, but definitely itachi above sasuke. if itachi had ems, it would be unbelievable. sasuke can hardly compare and he does have ems

I think it's pretty fair to say that Rinnegan Madara is still pretty much Hashi status.

Izuna would be the same as Madara with MS, no more, I would compare him to young kakashi.

Gai has stamina and he knows how to fight sharingan, a very useful ability. He has an amazing non jutsu lethal move. Summons, and intelligence.
