Most Underrated Character.

The most underrated character is definitely Konan. For the most part people shrugged Konan off when she died in the fight against Tobi. They forget that for someone who tops out at a base level came within inches of killing Tobi. Her ability to transform into paper is much like suigetsu's ability to transform into water. Her ability to create paper to use as shurdiken is very impressive, and also the fact that she can mix them with paper bombs gives her an element of surprise. She is most likely the strongest kunoichi that ever lived. If Tobi didn't pull inagzami out of his ass then she would probably have killed him, but we all know plot no jutsu. Not to mention special training from J-Man himself. This is my viewpoint, feel free to disagree if you have something to back it up. KTHXBYE
