Why isn't Hidan in the war?

read the manga people. hes not dead, hes still underground slowly dying due to lack of nutrients. kabuto cannot summon him due to him still being alive. kabuto cannot get him due to perhaps not knowing where he is but mainly due to hidan being buried in his (shikamaru) anscestors lands which are protected by them. hope that answers your question.

Yea, you're the one that needs to read the manga. He said he won't be immortal if he doesnt do the ritual. He's not doing any down there, so he's going to die.

I personally think he would've been helpful in the war and kabuto or tobi should've dug his ass up. All the dudes gotta do is go around licking all the blood off the ground or knives or kunai and do his ritual and hes bound to kill a shitload of people.

hey sebastionM. why not give us a link saying that hidan is not an immortal without him doing the ritual? i would like to re-read that if there is any.

hidan = asset to the war, yeah

hidan = is in pieces but NOT DEAD so he cant be summoned
hidan = is in an unknown part of the konoha forest, TOO RISKY just for a hidan
hidan = cant be killed, so are all the kabuto SUPER STRONG summons

hidan = not worth it, yeah

1. Hidan is in pieces and isnt dead yet so kabuto couldnt revive him and wouldnt have complete control over him
2. His fighting style is only good for 1v1 not suitable for a war situation
