Um im kinda new to the forums and people mostly say rep+ what is it and how do i do it?:shrug:

Click the little green flag at the top corner of your screen. Where your gender is located.

It's the little green flag thing right hand side above a post, give good rep (+rep) or bad rep (-rep)

Usually with the more rep bars you have, the more rep points you can give.

Green = Good rep +
Red = Bad Rep -
Gray = neutral rep, meaning doesnt take count..
