Well I think we all know who would win between Danzo and Kakashi.

The only reason Danzo wasn't nominated right away was because everyone in the village disliked him (for good reason).

I think Kakashi is right below kage level. If you look at all the current and past kages, Kakashi doesn't really stand a chance against any of them except perhaps Mei, and that is only because we haven't seen what she can do in a real battle.

You are correct though that kakashi has average chakra levels. However if he uses his sharingan then it drains so much of his chakra that in battle it is like he has low chakra.

However his recognized as one of the strongest ninja by most of opponents, so how the h**l he is underrated. His stamina is limited (whatever it comes from - using sharingan or low capacity of chakra) so in battle he has to count cost of his move. This is obviously disadvantage. He understand this fact and it goes plus to him. So he is rated as he should be.

Good thread rep +. For others to say he's low on stamina is stupid. Come on how big of chakra do you want him to have, you want him to have chakra like an Uzumaki, Uchiha, Senju or one of those jinchuuriki, or maybe A. Kakashi's sharingan is activated all the time, meaning he's always using chakra even when he's not fighting. He's able to figth with his sharingan for half or a whole day in the second part. He's fighting this war day and night with his sharingan and still had chakra to take on the tailed beasts. Yes he doesn't have that much, but his chakra is quite high, at least above most jonins.

According to the 3ª Databook, Kakashi is definitely one of the strongest character in the series, and that's not my opinion, is the opinion of the author.

In the Databook, Kakashi have a level of 34.5 (max. 40)

Gai have 31.5.
Gaara have 29.
Hiruzen had a level of 34, below Kakashi.
Tsunade have 35
Kakuzu had a 32.5 level.
Hidan had 31.5.
Asuma had 32.5.
Itachi and Jiraiya had both a level of 35.5. And they, were, according to Kishi the strongest character.

So, as many of you, hopefully, can see, Kishi made Kakashi definitely one the strongest character.

And this, is the way that Kishi sees HIS world.

Is Kakashi Underrated??? Only by the haters of the character, not by Kishi.

A true NARUTO fan, reads and sees everything, anime, fillers, movies, manga, and, of couse, the Databooks, that Kishi provide.

What you nullify is not my argument, what you nullify is the work of Masashi Mishimoto, if you don't agree with Kishi work, write a better one yourself. Create your characters so people can undermine your work.
