He has average chakra levels. 1000 b rank jutsus +some A ranks jutsus. And let me point out that what good is 1000 jutsus if you can only use 10 at a time?

He has average strength, above average speed, above average intelligence. He has the sharingan which drains his already average chakra levels, making him have less chakra for jutsus.

And yet he gets compared to people like Naruto, or Itachi. You tell me if he is overrated or not.

Kakashi might lose against Itachi but... he would seriously injure him. As they say "no jutsu works on him twice" and so it happened with itachi's genjutsu. it didnt work the second time they met. Kakashi is cool headed and even though we don;t see it he probably has an amazing state of mind in which he can process so mmuich data and is capable of so much stuff... as long as he has chakra. I think if he had mor chakra he would take down itachi easily. kamui and all the 5 elements techniques that he can use are a serious match for itachi. I wish he got some boost of chakra in the future. cuz let's just assume they get to susanoo point where itachi feels safe. what does kakashi do? go underground and appear from underneath susanoo with chidori. just an assumption xD

People think he is not strong because he doesn't have alot of chakara well that's BS the fact that he has acomplished so much without all this overwhelming power makes kakashi who he is. hes a skilled ninja with plenty of jutsu he might not be able to use them all in one fight but he doesnt have to, he is a smart shinoby who picks his shots and finishes you quickly.
