How can Minato win against Kisame?

Title says it all. How can Minato beat up Kisame. I have seen in forums pple saying tha Minato is way too stronge r than Kisame. Just because he was a kage. Remember Kisame killed his kage. So tell how can he beat Kisame? Or can he?

This thread was made a few weeks ago consensus was Minato beats Kisame cause he can FTG before Kisame can create a water dome or turn the field into water... And if Kisame managed to get water on the field it would be a tie

Lol, seriously give credit when credit is due mane. Minato is weak, he has one cheap technique and rasengan. Yeah he's hella fast and smart. Kisame over powers him in Ninjutsu, strength, and stamina.

*Minato rushes him and stabs at him*
*interrupts Kisame's hand signs as he blocks with samehada*
*Minato feels his chakra draining and jumps away*
*Kisame tries hand signs again*
*Minato FTG and chopsKisame's head off (He placed seal on him in first engagement)*

Honestly though, it doesn't take that long to make his seals. He did it pretty fast against Bee. His other jutsu was fast against Gai as well. We can make scenarios all day long, it would just come down to who messes it up first.

I will say this if they are fighting on water all Minato could manage is stalemate... If they arent fighting on water Kisame loses (cause he cant run from Minato so no Stalemate) So in the end Kisame could never kill Minato cause Minato could always FTG back home but Minato could kill Kisame so I think Minato wins xd
