try enetering a safe mode with networking then copy your files to a flash stick or something [to go to the safe mode i think you have to reboot your pc and as it starts up keep pressing f8 then this screen will appear and u will know what to do next]

This person is either a troll, or an idiot.

All you need to do is reformat your hard disk, and reinstall your OS. It'd probably be the least time consuming option. Only problem is you'd lose anything you had saved.

If you're running windows, your laptop may have come with a recovery partition on the hard drive. If not, it probably came with a windows install disc.

Reformating and reinstalling your OS wont actually be that difficult. Most likely, the hardest part will be to boot from the disc. To boot from the disc, you'll want to go into your boot options in your BIOS. When your laptop is booting, it will give you an option to hit a key such as F12, or del, to access your system settings, or BIOS.

From the BIOS, you'll want to navigate to your boot order. At which point you will want to change the order so your disc drive boots first.

The next step would be to restart the computer again with your Windows OS disc in the drive, this will cause your laptop to boot from the CD instead of the hard disk. It will most likely ask you to "press any key to continue." I usually hit "F."

From there, the options become pretty simple. After a successful reformat/reinstall, your windows will be like new (for a while).
