I can tell the difference. You can tell kishimoto draws like a drawing machine being rushed, and ikemoto's drawing has more "personality"...more smooth.His drawing just feels different.So much more style to it.

It is definitely still a major difference between their work. It'd be acceptable if he wouldn't draw their faces so round ig. He's almost as bad as the attack on titan artist. Then again, I guess 'quality' is objective and varies with whoever you ask.
