Yeah only momo and kinshiki, the rest had their own power, and you forget hago was the original bearer of the sharingan and single handedly created the sharingan, Indra is also probably stronger than his reincarnates. Kaguya can only be sealed so itachi and the likes mean nothing, and i doubt koto would have an effect since its been stated she can only be sealed, and against the likes of tenseigan hamura and juubi hago they mean nothing.

Itachi has sword of Solo he'd lock her up if necessary. kota would most likely work on kaguya to alter her thinking and way of thinking sealing was necessary since Hogaromo and Hamura didn't have the jutsu necessary. As foe the other otsutsuki like I said overpowered versions of Hyuga with their own style. An easy fight if you ask me. Against a long line of incarnates and prodigies.

Only people that have complete 'hagoromo' dna can awaken rinnegan, totsuka could lock her up but i dont think he has the reflexes to do so since rsm naruto could barely react, his best option would be to give it to juubi madara, genjutsu has never been shown to work on otsutsuki so the koto part is mainly fanfic, although it could be possible it probably wouldmt make sense since hago had rinnegan which can cast superior genjutsu.

I do t need to the statement itself is based upon the opinion of an I individual and can't be put under scrutiny since we don't actually k ow the extent of Hogaromo's abilities, neither have we seen solo from him. Although Hogaromo compared Madara's power his own and even going as far as Kaguya so their is still some room to make an argument that Hogaromo doesn't.
I'll leave that up to your mind to come to a conclusion howrver the only confirmed Solo's are by Itachi and Madara unless you consider solo' against fodders.
