or Hinata & Naruto could have just developed more deeper feelings. You are blatantly saying Hinata would fell in love for Sasuke meanwhile she already developed feelings for Naruto back then. What you are saying is against her character and you are just morphing/retcon her character to your personal standard but the story is telling otherwise.

Yeah and Naruto was chasing after Sakura Hinata wasn't even an after thought. Neither was Hinata aware of Naruto's feelings for Sakura with her level of confidence and awareness you'd have a totally different scenario from character. You assume Naruto would've carried on his rivalry with Sasuke since it was all about impressing Sakura so he wouldn't be the same either. Now it's you who assumes Hinata would've retained the same character being in team kakashi with team mates 1 who talks smack (Naruto) and another who's like I don't give a ****. What made Hinata who she became were Kurenai, Shino and kiva so her character depends on them without them she's just another girl. That's why I told you you change a factor you change everything.
Now in maths 4 +6 = 10 these are 2 factors change 1 you get a different result. I shouldn't have to explain rationalism to you. However I can see your bias and beliefs are reflected in your avatar. Once you come to reality you'll understand everything otherwise I'd advise moving to Disney land.

The evidence Naruto would chase Sakura is because her being in team 7 was never the reason for him chasing her. The reason was he wanted to be in the same team as Sakura. So he would only up his drive. You ignored everything else except for Hinata liking naruto before team building that's why you can't move past your fanfic. You ignore the other factors which made Hinata who she is and assume she'd be the same person. You ignore factors and cling to hope get help you need it.
Now as for me hating Hinata I for 1 don't hate Hinata I just think she's an average character that people fap and try to use to diss stronger characters. I point out her weaknesses and discussions do get heated at times. Konoha 11 wise she's the weakest character overall. Now fappers can't accept that but I don't care. Oh and Hanabi solo's low difficulty.

Hinata is the first person who acknowledged Naruto even before Iruka and she developed feelings for him, it's canon and not a "fanfic" but perhaps you have to cry fanfic in half of your post. Hinata & Sakura already show many times how strong their feelings is for their beloved, they both waited a lot of time to get their feelings returned. Hinata feelings aren't gonna disappear because Sasuke is on the same team, that's not how love is working at least for Hinata.

Ps. Canon is dependent on the constant and same factors not alternate scenarios. When i say fanfic its meant in the contect of the question since canon no longer reamins canon for the question being addressed past the point of the question.

This same panel is one of Hinata's defining set-up. It was her character's obstacle. Hanabi was merely someone to advance Hinata's development. I find it funny how people isolate Hinata's character as being weaker than her five year junior sister.
The testament of Hinata's strength is then whether she got out of his father's impression of her compared to Hanabi along with the other Hyuuga clan related stuff you can think of, and of course, her development in resonance with Naruto. You think Hinata's talents and power never grew and blossomed? Then I think I can't help you with that.

the better option would be for Metal Lee to inherit the will and some new Hyuga character to inherit Neji's will and for them to become rivalries with screen time and development

The problem with your last paragraph is that Bolt already took neji role since his entire character is based on him as well hes also mixed with the others characters who is also representing both naruto/sasuke.

They have yet introduce another hyuga characters like Neji and at this point it's too late and irrelevant. Right now metal lee seems to be so insignificant and lack of focus, even having some rivals it will simply be short lived much like what they did to Lee and Neji.

But overall, Sarada is Sakura redemption. The closeness of their relationship and its depth completely counters Sakura's shallow behavior in part 1 of the manga people love holding onto. Plus her superhuman beauty slays everyone else's without a doubt...

Of course its not surprising to see a Sakura Fap contradicting themselves, and only using the manga when its in their favour.
