Kakashi also said that it's impossible for Genin to use Fire Release Jutsu. It was thought to be impossible for a Genin to also use the Gates. Summoning Jutsu as well lol.

Sometimes you just gotta ignore most things in Naruto when it comes to high level techniques because most times it's empty hype. It's the same reason most characters can spam said high level techniques.

Maybe, but I still don't see a reason why she's being compared to Tobirama via Jutsu size. They were only hyping up the Hokage's abilities and power with that statement. Just like the Hanzo hype in my opinion.
