No, Neji already showed that the Gentle Fist closes of Chakra Seals with the Gentle Fist, and the Curse Seal also doesn't require hand seals.

Naruto's case is not the same as the Yin Seal or the Curse Seal.
We've seen how much of a massive difference fan and official translations can have, so pulling a fan translation from some random site isn't something I'm going to accept.
In the end, closed Chakra Points aren't being opened by Medical Ninjutsu or Yin Seal, as the former needs chakra, which wouldn't be available to the person who has their Chakra points closed, and the latter, as we see with the Curse Seal, can be rendered useless with just one Chakra Point being closed.
Orochimaru's curse seal has completely different mechanics than Tsunade's and Sakura's. Not even comparable. The nature of them involving a seal does not make them the same as Finger genjutsu and Tsukuyomi are not comparable, or Earth Wall and Yumi Noma are not the same despite both being Earth Ninjutsu. Their mechanics are completely different and do not lend themselves to comparison.
OT: SRA Neji wins. He's high chuunin level whereas Hinata in the War Arc is Mid Chunnin level. I'd say. Based off her wobbly execution of the 64 palms there is still not the precision or instinct that Neji had in the CE's but her usage of Twin Lions Fist is advanced enough to allow her to keep up with most chuunin.
Same could be said about Yin Seal and Kurama's Chakra.:lol
Yin Seal and Curse Seal are more alike than Yin Seal and Kurama's Chakra. Both are sources of great and/or strong Chakra reserves.
The nature of them involving a seal does not make them the same as Finger genjutsu and Tsukuyomi are not comparable, or Earth Wall and Yumi Noma are not the same despite both being Earth Ninjutsu. Their mechanics are completely different and do not lend themselves to comparison.
By this logic (the fact that they're not the same and not comparable), why are you comparing the Yin Seal to what Naruto did?

Please. Please. Please. Please Read the Databooks. You are so wrong. I told you the mechanics were different and you didn't even bother to check how in order to make sure you didn't say something incorrect?
Well according to the databook entry on the curse seal
Juinjutsu, A-rank, Supplementary, Close-range
A demonic mark that draws out evil chakra!
A technique that marks the victims whose talent and nature were approved by Orochimaru. He who receives this mark suffers a terrible pain, and few survive it. The juin reacts to the chakra and consumes it indefinitely, even as it strengthens the evil side. Among his known victims are Sasuke and Anko, who once was Orochimaru’s subordinate.
A juin was marked on his neck…! What will happen to Sasuke from now on…?!
So main points I want you to gather from this entry is that 1. Orochimaru didn't use fuuinjutsu he used juinjutsu. So I don't know how a juinjutsu would be closer to Tsunade's fuuinjutsu that Minato's fuuinjutsu would be. 2. The Bold, the seal consumes his chakra as opposed to storing. It doesn't create a second chakra source. And it just strengthens his chakra supply.
Fuuinjutsu, S-rank, Supplementary
User: Tsunade
Unravelling the key to using the Creation Rebirth!!
Creation Rebirth, the ultimate medical technique. However, using this technique requires such an enormous amount of chakra, that it is beyond any shinobi to mould it in an instant. Tsunade, using the chakra stock kept in the seal on her forehead, has cleared this prerequisite. With Yin Seal: Release, the seal is released, becoming the source for the body regeneration technique.
The moment it is unsealed, a pattern appears on the forehead.
Releasing the seal is the greatest danger signal.
By this logic (the fact that they're not the same and not comparable), why are you comparing the Yin Seal to what Naruto did?
Well, yes Naruto's seal stores a tailed beast. Tsunade and Sakura's seal stores a large secondary chakra supply. A tailed beast is an immensely powerful chakra entity with sentience. Thus Naruto's seal stores a large secondary chakra supply with sentience. So while the seals are different they attempt similar goals namely storing a chakra supply that is different from one's main supply.
The question is how did Kurama reopen Naruto's chakra points. By overflowing them with potent chakra.
Hinata overcame that hurdle though, so her skills with 64 Palms isn't flawed in any way.
Um, that's not how that works. I mean really, as a martial arts instructor, that is absolutely not the way techniques work. If you stumble on a technique but complete it; there is no reason to assume that you will not stumble again unless you take the time to work on the moveset near your stumble. Furthermore, movesets that have been refined can still be troublesome depending on unexpected circumstances or how recently the technique was last practiced.

That just means precise CC is more prone to getting disrupted by Gentle Fist than High CC. The more precise something is, the easier it is to disrupt that preciseness.
Or we can use our brains and realize that Hinata didn't have the ability to do such back then.
Neji's speed is superior;his reflex is superior;his tajiutsu and stamina is superior.Had enough endurance to fight after getting stabbed by multiple daggers and 2 giant arrows :lol
but but Hinata has shown oh a featless twin lion fist damn :lol
Sure Neji's superior but not more so to avoid being hit once which is easily gonna tip the scales in her favor.
thats the reason he was called prodigy :lol Hinata despite being taught still doesn't have rotation[inb4 hinata was never taught it despite being from main branch]
Neji was never taught TWL thus he doesn't have it
databook explicitly states learning rotation shows his prodigious talent
Kekkei Genkai, Taijutsu, Defensive, Close-range
User: Hyuuga Neji
An application of Gentle Fist, the other Absolute Defense!!
A taijutsu where one releases a large amount of chakra from their body’s chakra openings to catch the blows from an enemy’s attacks, while making one’s body spin to repel them.
A secret transmitted by oral tradition within the Hyuuga’s Main House, though Hyuuga Neji came up with it own his own, despite him being from the Branch House. It stands in the same league as Gaara’s Sand as an ultimate protection, and was even called the other Absolute Defense. This is the high grade taijutsu that made Neji’s prodigious talent known during the Chuunin exam.
The Byakugan’s nigh-360° field of vision perceives the rear attack, and Kaiten intercepts it
same is true for 64 palms
Kekkei Genkai, Taijutsu, Offensive, Close-range
User: Hyuuga Neji
This is originally a taijutsu that is passed down only in the Hyuuga Main House!! However, being a branch house member, Neji uses his own intuition and natural talents to master the secrets of this Taijutsu!!
Using the Byakugan’s 360 degrees vision and mapping this vision onto a Divination Hexagram Formation. Then the user will launch a series of high speed combo onto opponent that lies within this formation. The attacks are aimed at 64 of the opponent’s chakra points, thus closing these chakra points and stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. The victim will not even have the strength to stand up. Therefore this is a deadly taijutsu that is suitable to be pass down within the Hyuuga line.
And? He still failed to learn the lion fist even though he learned other main branch jutsu without being taught. I guess he's not skilled. Notice how stupid it sounds to suggest Neji has no skill and ignore what the other things he has done just because he didn't learn one thing? That's how you sound when you try to downplay Hinata not being skilled due to not having rotation.
Neji learning something that he wasn't taught shows his skills and prodigious talent on other hand hinata learning something that was taught to her and requires high level chakra control shows she has high level chakra control which is non factor since part 1 genin neji had Jounin level chakra control
Are you saying that it takes no Taijutsu skill in order to use 64 palms and it's purely chakra control?
Edit:
and yes we know the gap between their 64 palms so yes neji is far more skilled.Hinta's DB also clearly states it was 64 palms for which she needed to overcome her own limits not TLF
Caption for panel where Hinata uses 64 palms: In order to protect Naruto, she overcame her own limits to employ “8 trigrams 64 palms.” She gathered the power of the byakugan and overpowered the Juubi’s clone.
along with the fact her talent bloomed after she pulled 64 palms not TLF
So main points I want you to gather from this entry is that 1. Orochimaru didn't use fuuinjutsu he used juinjutsu. So I don't know how a juinjutsu would be closer to Tsunade's fuuinjutsu that Minato's fuuinjutsu would be. 2. The Bold, the seal consumes his chakra as opposed to storing. Yeah, I was wrong. But even so, Kidomaru says that his Chakra Flow has stopped just as his seal disappears AFTER being hit by Gentle Fist. Sure, as Blaze pointed out, we see that Curse Seal users lose their seals with they are dying, like Jirobo, although some of them likely aren't dead and just passed out mind you, but that too can be said to be simply because their Chakra flow has stopped, since that's what happens when one dies. Likewise, Kidomaru's Curse Seal disappears when his Chakra Flow stops, not because he is dying per say, but because he had his Chakra Point closed thus stopping his Curse Seal.
Also, we see Kimimaro die with his Curse Seal STILL activated, which implies that the Curse Seal disappears once Chakra stops flowing through ones body, not when they die.

idk it's really inconsistent :lol
Well, yes Naruto's seal stores a tailed beast. Tsunade and Sakura's seal stores a large secondary chakra supply. A tailed beast is an immensely powerful chakra entity with sentience. Thus Naruto's seal stores a large secondary chakra supply with sentience. So while the seals are different they attempt similar goals namely storing a chakra supply that is different from one's main supply.
They may be similiar, but that's still not evidence that Yin Seal could open closed points, especially with every one from Jiriaya to Naruto to the people watching like Hiruzen constantly point out the TYPE of Chakra as opposed to it being from another source. And, as you said, Naruto's seal contains a sentient power, and we see Naruto call upon Kurama to give him some of his Chakra, so it could very well be in the same vein as Bijuus breaking users out of Genjutsu. Again, comparing a sentient being with potent Chakra to the Yin Seal is not strong enough evidence to say it could open the closed Chakra Points.
The question is how did Kurama reopen Naruto's chakra points. By overflowing them with potent chakra.
Sakura nor Tsunade's Chakra is potent though, they're not Bijuu Chakra.
I know, but this is a fictional series. And within the context presented in that chapter, it's obvious Kishimoto was demonstrating how Hinata is someone who moves forward at her own pace. she stumbles, then manages to complete it successfully, and then goes on to say that she will always move forward, even if it's one step at a time. Like, if it isn't obvious enough that there's a clear implication that she mastered the technique during the exact same chapter, what with the whole "moving forward" part, then there's nothing that can be done.
That just means precise CC is more prone to getting disrupted by Gentle Fist than High CC. The more precise something is, the easier it is to disrupt that preciseness.
It would seem Tsunade's "outrageous strength" completely ignores the laws of nature!! The challenge to common sense that is her power is due in no small part to her artful chakra control and fine-tuning. To give things a name, by instantly collecting chakra into her fist and fingers, she obtains a power of destruction bodily strength alone cannot achieve.
TWL is requires concentration of larger amount of chakra then releasing it along with shape manipulation
the reason its hard to learn and the reason it will fail in slight mistake in CC unlike ces which is just precise cc enhancing users base strength something that SM also does
If you can learn A and B without being taught it guarantees you can learn C that requires different aspect than A and B :lol RIP Logic

It’s a seal applied to control the target’s power or actions. Those cursed with a Juinjutsu have a seal (the cursed seal) carved into their bodies. This cursed seal reacts to the secret seals activated by the one who executed it, which may cause physical or mental suffering to its victims. Juinjutsu are secret techniques and, as such, are wrapped in mystery.
Hyuuga Clan’s Main Lineage
The Hyuuga clan has in its lineage the Byakugan, a Kekkei Genkai. To keep its secret, all branch lineage members have a juin carved into their forehead, which has already caused much tragedy.
Skilled though you may be, it’s hard to resist a juin…
Orochimaru
Orochimaru’s cursed seal stimulates Sasuke’s evil intentions. When he releases chakra, the cursed seal spreads all over his body.
The cursed seal Orochimaru placed on Sasuke reacts to chakra use.
Seals power out of control to restore order
It’s a sealing technique to limit, annul or stop the target from using a certain ability. Markings appear in the target’s body and reveal the composition of the cursed seal or what it is you wish to seal. There are even and odd combinations, based on the amount of symbols used, and each one has different effects. Fuuinjutsu is another jutsu type wrapped in mystery.
Naruto
Orochimaru overlaid an odd seal to the even seal, marked by the Fourth Hokage. The original seal’s effect was damaged and made Naruto suffer.
The odd seal was undone by Jiraiya.
Sasuke
To seal away the evil juin marked on Sasuke by Orochimaru, Kakashi made a fuuin seal with his own blood.
A Evil Sealing Method stops the uncontrolled chakra strength.
Given these passages and the use of a fuuin on top of a juin they seem to be a different family of jutsus
Additionally you'll note that juinjutsus and fuuinjutsus are classifieded differently. Tsunade's Yin seal is classified as Fuuinjutsu and the databook takes the pain of noting that Orochimaru specifically uses a juinjutsu. Referring to juinjutsu as wrapped in mystery and Fuinjutsu ALSO wrapped in mystery suggesting they are different things.
Thus, we have demonstrations of juinjutsus that are not fuuinjutsus and the opposite. We also have seen a fuuinjutsu that also doubled as a juinjutsu in the form of the Cursed Tongue Eradication Seal. Thus, they are different types of sealing jutsus that can be layered but are separate in and of themselves.

What type of chakra do Bijuus have? How does this type make a meaningful difference in this scenario. Obviously Bijuu chakra can be absorbed by anyone as opposed to senjutsu chakra which turns you into a toad if one is not trained in handling sage chakra.
Of course, I'd also point out that by referring to the type of chakra they would simultaneously be aware and notioning the other source. Saying they didn't mention the other source in light of The Decree however, is a specious argument.
Sakura nor Tsunade's Chakra is potent though, they're not Bijuu Chakra.
Yin Seal Chakra has better potency feats than anything part 1 Naruto did. Such as opening dimensions, powering MegaJinton, Byakugou.

Neji in the war arc ended up running out of stamina and ended up without his Byakugan(eye sight so bad he couldn't tell he was looking at Akamaru instead of Kiba) and was getting some rest at night while Hinata who was fighting all day like Neji was able to keep going with her Byakugan and keep watch. There is no such thing as Yin Seal Chakra, its normal, human chakra. The opening dimensions bit is simply due to the sheer amount Sakura had stored up, not the quality of it.

Preternatural, the countless bones rise from underground as so many claws from a dragon or some such fantastic beast! Contrarily to what the mildness of the name implies, for a jutsu, it’s an incredibly brutal one. For it indiscriminately slaughters whoever stands on the ground’s surface, down to the last man…
The blades of bone can be as many as thousands, up to the tens of thousands. Furthermore, if this fails to bring down his foe, Kimimaro has become one with the bones, which in turn lets him have said enemy’s back. Then, he may strike the one last blow…
Bones, bones and more bones, fiercely protruding from underground…! A counter-attack prompted as Kimimaro was lured beneath the earth.
Thanks to the power granted to him by Level 2, Kimimaro becomes one with the bone blades. He appears out of one of the profusely blooming multitude of bones, like an unearthly manifestation…!
the forest is reason of his being in CS2 becoming one with the bones which did not vanish so didn't his state.

Now the God Tree is the progenitor of chakra. Kaguya ate the fruit from the God Tree. Kaguya had sons Hamura and Hagoromo, only persons besides herself who can use chakra. Hamura and Hagoromo defeated 10 tailed Kaguya seals 10 tails inside of Hagoromo. Hagoromo seals 10 tailed body on moon and and divided 10 tailed chakra into 9 tailed beasts. The 10 tailed chakra is ultimately the chakra from the God Tree. Which is also the same chakra that surged through Hagoromo before he became a jiinchuuriki as it was the only chakra source, the original. Hagoromo has children, Asura and Indra. Those children proceed to have progeny that become future clans. Such as the Senju, Uzumaki, Uchiha, Hyuuga, Kaguya, etc. Some Humans (others can't) develop the ability to use chakra somehow.
Now for my question. How does Human chakra differ from Bijuu chakra given the history of chakra?
That's fine if that's the argument you want to go with. I didn't bring up chakra type... Though I'd then point out that at that juncture Naruto also couldn't harness Kurama's power on his own volition. As opposed to Sakura and Tsunade
Yes, that was my point. Naruto had to depend on another individual, another being with Chakra, to open his Chakra Points. Whereas Sakura/Tsunade would be depending on nothing more than a seal, so it can't be said for certain that this would work. Naruto and Kurama are treated like two people fighting at once, such as how Kurama's always providing Naruto with Chakra. Same way how Bijuus snap users out of Genjutsu because they act as a separate individual, same goes for undoing closed Chakra Points. This is the most sensible explanation imo. Obviously its not the potency of Bijuu Chakra, since we saw Hinata close off the points of a Juubi Clone. Likewise, it's unlikely that it's merely because its a separate Chakra source/seal, since even opening the Seal would require hand seals, and thus, require Chakra. I won't deny it is possible for Yin Seal to open the closed points, but until further notice, due to lack of evidence, I won't accept it personally.

hinata's stamina in part 2 is 2.0 while neji in part 1 is 2.5 :lol
DB stats only go up to the end of the Itachi vs Sasuke fight, not the entirety of part two such as the war arc where Kishi was pretty free when it came to people's stamina.

lel You are one who said hinata also skills somehow cancels neji's superiority in [
You're reading skills seem messed up to me because I'm not seeing how me saying "Neat so does Hinata" equals to me saying it cancels out Neji's superiority.
Dying doesn't stop a person from using Chakra at all. Neji dying against Kido didn't restrict his Chakra , Kimimaro dying didn't stop or hinder his use of Chakra , Itachi , Jiraiya when writing msg on toad and im sure a couple others didn't lose ability to use Chakra AT ALL when simply dying.
Seems CS is very much like Yin seal in that its a secondary source of Chakra sealed away , which can be accessed even if the ALL of the users own Chakra is completely Empty.
Yes, that was my point. Naruto had to depend on another individual, another being with Chakra, to open his Chakra Points. I wish Kishi is like Rowling sometimes and would answer some questions from fans about these kind of things, or is it just me?
Personally though, I believe Sakura and Tsunade can access their chakra bank albeit sealed chakra points. But do you care to consider it happening in extreme conditions. Medics heavily rely in precise chakra control and sealed chakra points render them vulnerable. Doesn't that make accessing the yin seal difficult unless their very seal has a mind of its own.
Being a martial arts instructor aside, as a reader, did you consider the context and Hinata's character and how she was portrayed in those panels? Man the whole chapter was character centered for each of the k11. The very same chapter solidified the start of (another level of) Hinata's mastery of Jyuuken. I didn't want to mention this, but Neji died, it is sad but it implies Hinata to push herself and step up her game.
