This version of Naruto was pretty incompetent.

Pre-Sharingan Kid Kakashi - Kakashi mid diff.
2T Kid Kakashi - Kakashi low diff.
Base Rin and 2T Obito - Rin dies, Obito unlocks kamui and negs.
Sai - Sai was decisively above Naruto at the time. Sai lowish diff.
CS2 Jirobo - This Naruto still isn't faster than SRA Kiba or Neji. He gets caught in the dome dies resulting in a neg. Restrict the dome and Naruto taking him out with a rasengan after some clone spam isn't far-fetched.
CS2 Sakon - Sakon should mid diff him.
OT Naruto - Kid Naruto stomps.
VOTE1 CS2 Sasuke - Sasuke stomps.
Drunk part 1 Tsunade - Tsunade should still stomp even while intoxicated.

Edit: Wait, forgot about toads lmao. Naruto wins most of these then.
