yeah that was my conclusion that she has to react to a jutsu and can absorb it then, but becasue she couldnt react to narutos chakra arm then she couldnt absorb it so he cut it off

Kaguya definitely beat Momo. All he's done is an Orochimaru-esque attack on Konoha. Even Toneri was more of a hassle for Naruto than Momo was in the movie. Unless the manga gives Momo more screentime by not having him die in this fight, which is unlikely, the idea that he's above Kaguya will forever be nothing more than a plot device for Kaguya's ambitions.

yeah,but it's still made of chakra(i think) so it could be absorbed. kkm is just like kkg,but for kaguya and her family only. If momo can absorb kkg techs then he should be able to absorb kaguya techniques.

Thus this manner of style would be useless against anyone who can absorb chakra.

I agree, i think the only way he could've "Defeated" her was to turn her into a chakra fruit. Assuming this only works on otsutsuki.

I don't really get you. It was a straight battle between his lava avatar and kurama + PS fusion. There wasn't a chance to absorb anything,so why bring that up? and @bold doesn't even make sense. How would he be able to absorb a technique that's powerful and send it back weaker when he's capable of absorbing it in the first place.

Momoshiki absorption and reflection is just his rinnegan tech and may or may not depend on how powerful his chakra is. His chakra doesn't need to be stronger the chakra he wants to absorb and reflect. It could be similar to full counter in nnt in which the user magic doesn't need to be more powerful than the magic the full counter user wants to reflect.

Tbh,the only difficulty I can see momishiki having with his absorption is the magnitude of what he wants to absorb.
