Thing with that though is Raikage speed blitzed Naruto in a linear movement so Naruto saw it coming. Vs Sasuke while he was in V2 he wasn't attacking in a linear fashion if he did Sasuke could've done the same thing KCM Naruto did.

Every vessel he had he never enhanced them he just took em over. With Sasuke he's been training him for 3 1/2 years to make Sasuke his ideal vessel while making Sasuke know he's getting stronger. He also trained when not Orochimaru's presence when he didn't notice Sasuke's Chidori sword.

Sasuke resisted the CM all the way till the sound 4 reminded him of his goal and told him he'll get stronger by going to Orochimaru. He never used or relied on CM while he was still in Konoha because he knew of the risks.

If Sasuke really took drugs it would have been verified that he did. The only think he might have taken was poison immunity and even that is iffy since it was never shown.

Well he never trained his vessels before as you yourself said. But Sasuke he did train so that he's in peak physical condition. But do you honestly think someone like Oro would just be satisfied with just training knowing that he could've enhanced Sasuke's body further before the take over? I don't think so. That's just not Orochimaru's style who's all about finding new techniques and enhancements to reach beyond his potential.
Besides do you really think Sasuke just went there just to train when Oro tempted him with powers like CM and other quick enhancements? That would be plain ignorant of the obvious facts knowing how Oro operated.
If physical training was all he sought then why go to Oro? Oro never advetised physical training but only shortcuts to gain power quick and I think Gai and Kakashi could've done the job if physical training is all he wanted. Aren't you guys bragging about him matching Lee's speed in just 15 days. Surely given the same duration he spent with Oro, Kakashi and Gai could've done the same. Gai could've even taught him the 8 Gates technique in just 15 days as he's so talented... and 8 Gates technique is powerful enough to shit on Juubidara lol. And Kakashi could've improved on his sharingan abilities.
So now that physical training non sense is out of the picture, lets summarize why he went to Oro.
- He was butthurt over seeing Naruto's growth. Someone who was as strong as him if not stronger. What pissed him off was that as per him he should be stronger considering he's being driven by his hatred and desire to kill Itachi and yet there was Naruto who was keeping up with him.

- Itachi comes back in the pretence to capture Naruto and deosn't give shit about Sasuke and beats the crap out of him. He realizes he's nowhere near Itachi's level and needs to grow stronger faster.

- Then the rasengan chidori comparison further increases his butthurt.

- Then came the sound 4 who show him the true power of the CM, Oro's promised technique and way to gaining power fast. It was there that he decided to do it Oro's way unwillingly ofc.

So it was not just physical training. The moment he decided to join Oro it should've been clear to everyone that Sasuke would be experimented on to boost his power and that's something Sasuke knew and didn't like but his revenge on Itachi took priority over everything. So again just because he said he didn't like something doesn't mean he didn't do it.
But in all honesty, I think he made his decision hastily and didn't think it through. His judgement was clouded by his anger and ofc story progression.

Sasuke's base form is his Rikudou enhanced form whereas Naruto can switch between enhanced and normal. But outside of fighting he prefers to stay in his normal mode. And I think Hago made it pretty clear that Indra inherited his visual prowess while Ashura had his body and same goes for his descendants. So the answer to your question is no.

What does JJ body has to do with this. Your question is about there base forms isn't it? And I replied that Sasuke's base and Rikudou enhanced body is one and the same which gives him the obvious advantage over Naruto who is not permanently in his Rikudou form.
So this comparison is quite unfair. Now if you're asking about whose body is stronger without them having the rikudou enhancements then its obviously Naruto.
