Is Part 1 Sakura the weakest character?

Sakura hasn't shown a lot of battle smarts (yes) but she's demonstrated impressive ones in the same respect. An example would be her memorizing hand and strings movement pattern in order to see through & predict Sasori's attacks, only with observation.

In my opinion she was only able to do this because chiyo was controlling her for about the first half of the fight, she would of been way to preoccupied otherwise to figure it out like that... But again that's simply my opinion

Does he ever say so? I skimmed through the fight, but I didn't find anything of the sort. Not to mention that Neji seemed like the type to hit hard on purpose back then. Especially since his opponent was Hinata.

Part 1 Sakura already beat Naruto a few times so him for sure. But she can take most of the k11 and sound four thanks to her intelligence. She's like Itachi, because her brain is so big she can solo with kunai and or booby traps+chakra control.

When did she beat naruto? Hitting him in the head when he isn't defending himself doesn't count.

Not even close tenten is weaker, Sakura substitution spam would be too much for many characters , he speed with it and chakra control was neigh instant

Sakura could increase her speed , and probably is around Janus level, because she used the same jutsu sasuke did , why kishi didn't have her use it during the Haku battle , idk.

Sakura is also significantly smarter than most people in mark on, and she loses mid-high dif to Kunerai because she renders Kunerai jutsu useles
