Since madara did become juubi jin that was the point he reached Hagoromo level and since he did cast IT that was the point he reached Kaguya's level...

how about you try re-reading the VIZ translations because none of this was ever stated.

You are just assuming , regardless what he took from the tailed beasts was CHAKRA , if he clearly has more chakra and amplifies his arrow w more chakra that he took from the tailed beasts then it's clearly going to be stronger than his last one back in VOTE 2 .and adding large amounts of chakra to something shouldn't be a problem for Sasuke since his chakra levels and reserves increased . . It's common sense.

He has plenty feats and he powered up twice before being taken over. He absorbed the shinju and gained the most powerful doujutsu rinnesharingan. He gained more shadows and possessed control of the peoples chakra in IT of the entire world. He effortlessly dropped over 20 giant meteors on team 7 while activating his IT.

He doesn't need to be sealed. The tailed beasts Rasenshurikens would do the same thing it did to Kaguya and all he would have to do is pulled them out like he did w Obito . The seals were basically foreshadowing Kaguya's return as to sealing her away forever , not for Madara .

Hagaromo said he needed to be sealed, if it were that easy Kaguya herself would be defeated at that point but she regained herself. Only reason Madara was overtaken was because he was paralyzed.
